Lunatic comes from the song “Lunacy Fringe” by the used which was one of my favorite songs as a teenager. Lunatic was my first gaming profile and I just kind of used it everywhere. When DDO was a thing I was super addicted to the ultimate fighter so I made my name TUF but I had wished and regretted not naming myself lunatic for years, but didn’t want to create a new account and lose all of my debate progress so I just stuck with TUF. When DART came around I finally got to be Lunatic again, and now I’m sticking with it.

The name suits you.

I don't think a lot of people know it, but I'll spell it out.

I'm a pretty big fan of fantasy series, and growing up I read quite a few series that remain personal favorites. Basically, if you can name a Brian Jacques (Redwall), Garth Nix (The Old Kingdom) or Brandon Sanderson (Mistborn and The Stormlight Archive) book, you've found my wheelhouse.

One of the series that made me such a huge fan of long-running fantasy was The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. I have mixed feelings on it now, though I still have a very soft spot for the series as a whole. One of the main symbols of an organization in the book known as the Aes Sedai is The Flame of Tar Valon, a white flame and a symbol representing an all-female group of magic users. It had its problems as a group, but I was drawn to the symbolism and, thus, whiteflame was born. The name Mandragoran, the last name of one of the lead characters, also features in a number of other accounts I've made elsewhere.

As for what I use elsewhere, this one's pretty common, but I'll occasionally throw out something different.

A well thought out name choice.
