The massive shift of tech that is level-3 civ will contain the power to tame the entire galaxy of star system to bring them under human dominion. o


This is entry in to the third type of civilization; Galactic Civ.


One feature of level-3 is the development of Dyson Spheres around every star system of the entire galaxy, the Mike Way. This means that travel around d the galaxy is possible, and colonization of humans can be achieved everywhere within the galaxy where human life is able to be sustained. This id the ability to populate any planet in the galaxy able to sustain "Class-M planets" of "Star Trek" fame, as 23rd century [to date, still science fiction] achievement; featuring nitrogen-oxygen atmospheres, liquid water, moderate climates, and are usually found in a star’s habitable zone, with Earth, Vulcan, and Romulus being notable [in the fictional "Star Trek" realm].


It is also thought [by Kardashev] that humanity, at this level of civilization, may be distinguishably different by evolution than today's humanity, giving us such variations as exhibited but the fictional "Star Trek" series.

Well, the "Massive shift in tech" to date has allowed us once again to get to the moon and even do a quick circumnavigation before heading home, though massive tech was not so efficient in the waste disposal department...Long long way to go yet, and current old rocket tech is somewhat limiting in terms of human space exploration, and humans in space are still like fish out of water.


Who knows what the future holds, but I'm guessing that massive tech will exceed the limitations and capabilities of fragile humans and that it won't be us in human form alone that colonises the Universe.


And in the meantime we will still be squabbling like hens in the backyard...Human intelligence and organic systems, still come with the same old limiting factors.

I have decided not to go for KFC home delivery.


In fact I/we never go for home delivery of food.


We go to the supermarket, and then we come back, and I rechain Mrs Sergeant Lynch to the cooker...Civilisation basic level.
