I think it's an effective way of communicating my ideas.

Except it took me drilling you repeatedly to figure out what your specific point even was. If you criticize Jews in general, the criticism is spread over a larger group including people you don't mean to target. Costs you nothing to specify the specific target and why religion is relevant (some stat showing disproportionate impact). If I said "humans need to do better cause of murder" that's less helpful than "criminals need to do better" which is even still less helpful than "murderers need to do better."

Women can say, "Men need to do better" for stuff that's not criminal (like not showering). Blacks can say, "Whites need to do better". Saying a group needs to do better is NOT what made Hitler horrible.

I mean they can just like you can make this post, but I think it's equally unhelpful.

What made Hitler bad was NOT saying mean words about Jews, it was getting Jews (and other people) murdered. Mean words lead to murder virtually none of the time.

Well I didn't accuse you of murder or compare you to Hitler so idk where this is coming from.

As for your other examples, just cause there's other inflammatory stuff doesn't mean this post isn't also inflammatory.

The majority of women do this when you specify it's a polar bear? I don't think the majority choose the bear even, read something indicating it's just the majority of liberal women. Should women who don't choose the bear be allowed to vote? What about men who say similarly dumb things?

Why are eyeballs good if it doesn't lead to a productive conversation? If anything rage bait takes people's time that could've been spent more productively elsewhere. Also I think people are mostly desensitized to you now, you aren't getting too many eyeballs.

These clarifications seem obvious to include though. Why not just say "anyone who chooses the bear shouldn't be allowed to vote"? By just attacking women collectively, most ppl are just gonna call you a sexist and ignore your opinion.

I wouldn't even know to ask for these clarifications except that I've seen so many people express their opinions in the most inflammatory way possible and then backtrack to something more reasonable they could have just clarified at the start.

My point is you could clarify your belief in the first place when it's something people would find reasonable, you're choosing to make it rage-baity on purpose.

I don't think they would though cause I had to ask you several clarifying questions before your opinion started to seem somewhat reasonable. Your post wasn't super clear that you weren't collectively targeting all Jews.

Realistically, people will just assume you dislike them and move on. People tend to assume bad faith online and your post will just reinforce that for them. Can't really rely on other people to have all the patience and do the work to figure out what you really mean.

Focus on the goal, women would find being alone with you creepier than being alone with a bear, that's a shit ton of creepy you need to lose, a shit ton.

If you can't even comprehend the normal world, you could at least try to pretend that you aren't the mayor of Creepy Town, watch how normal people act, learn from it, try "acting" normal, see if you can "fit in", and see how long you can go without creeping people out. Then the next day, try to go longer. That's a shit ton of creepy you have there, so you need to persevere.

You have a trial cause the community voted for that after hearing you were accused of stuff. You haven't even been punished yet, and it's mostly here to set a precedent. The trial will likely reinforce free speech more than anything. In my opinion you'll probably win because the community is very pro free speech, I support the trial cause it's better to be transparent about what mods are discussing.

You're probably right, but I've noticed that because solidarity is dead in America, the people who hate me have more energy than those who want me to have free speech.

Which is why I intend to get out the vote so as many people as possible are represented. On the community referendums/surveys, free speech usually wins. Although I don't think you tend to vote on those.

If other people have wrong beliefs or unproductive habits, and you mirror your beliefs or habits in response, you're not punishing them, you're punishing yourself. Even if they get away with being wrong, you being equally wrong doesn't punish them.

If I think you're secretly an elephant, and so you decide to believe I'm secretly an elephant, all you did was make yourself dumber. It doesn't do anything to correct my false belief that you are an elephant.

I don't really think it makes sense to mirror them at all, there's no reason not to believe what's objectively true and do whatever the most productive thing is. Being correct is primarily for your own benefit.

I mirror them to an extent. I would say the Jews need to do better, but I would ALWAYS choose the strange Jew in the woods over the polar bear. THAT is the ethical difference between me and women.

Depends what the context is. Fistfight? Wrassling? Romantic overtures? Definitely the Jew, much safer decision. Taking out a loan or signing a record deal? Bear is the safer option by far.
