The first woman has not been diagnosed yet. Maybe because she doesn’t have health insurance. That is why she is seen crying.
If you are treated you are less likely to die.
I would rather be treated than ignored.

Then why is she in a hospital seeking treatment?
Why people go to hospitals is not a mystery.
She is in an emergency room. So her condition must be serious.
