Jesus was on the road throughout his ministry.

He had a centre of operations firmly embedded in Bethany were he spent most of his time relaxing and dipping his feet in the Jordan, while his best friend who "he loved" was sleeping, then sick and then dead. although Jesus said he wouldn't die. THEN HE DID DIE!

But Jesus brought Lazarus back to life. Another one of his miracles.

He traveled all around Galilee actually and He never said He wouldn't die. He told the Disciples several times that He would be crucified and that his "hour was coming" and he rose again

And he travelled mostly on foot.

Jesus influenced the world more than people with large armies.

For sure Debs...Over the past two thousand years, theo-political empires have had a huge influence on human social development and material evolution. Such is the power of theo-political dogma and the conditioning and subjugation of humans thereof.
