I already said that aliens are very organized out there. Contactees talk about Galactic Federations as organizations that rule the whole galaxy. In the 80s several alien species were authorized to abduct humans and make examinations but we don't hear of it anymore because they stopped giving permission for that. Several humans got very traumatized with the abductions so the aliens stopped doing it.

As to the long distances, that's bullshit. If they are highly evolved, they can travel to wherever they want in a blink of an eye. We call it advanced technology.
