Agreed. However, I did a full review and I don't think rex and vader are paired, especially if one of them was recruited.

I will say if Rex continues to refuse it. We prob should abort it as it kills the point. As wf mentioned it will be a way harder lynch with less info.

i don’t think Rex was the recruit which concerns me even more with David. If Rex was recruited, he would be open as shit to saying his role if he was town. So he likely either started scum and doesn’t want to risk a claim or he’s town.

Hybrid; it says Wendy is a human mind entered into a machine. Asked Luna a followup if Wendy is classified as human or alien. Answer was neither.

The PM mentions humans when it's describing Boy Cavalier's Lost Boys, his efforts to extend human life, and when it's describing that Wendy is stronger than normal humans.

My role PM does not say anything about humans.

I think Rex has made some good points about how strange it would be to recruit Vader (given both his common frustrations with being scum and his being a black box going into the NP). If I'm understanding his role correctly, I also think it's unlikely Vader was originally scum. If he is, it wouldn't be a first to have scum with a communicator role, but it doesn't read like a Messenger. I can't read much into his behavior given how few posts he's made.

REF comes off as pretty behaviorally consistent with his previous town play. I believe his character claim is his actual character. There aren't a lot of non-alien, non-human options in the Alien franchise excluding a cat and various AI characters. I figured since mine was David 8, Ash would have to be in here somewhere, and I figured the other two would be MU/TH/UR and Bishop. Doesn't help that I hadn't seen Alien: Earth, though since Luna's watching that and doing so partially prompted this choice of theme, I'm not surprised a major character from that show is in this game. So that just leaves his role and his lack of an action leaves me with nothing to analyze there. At least he wasn't apparently nervous about being Tracked if he did do something.

I like REF’s thought process about the analysis of role and character. I think it’s a unique angle to take. Seems like he’s taking time to think about all options out there at the moment. This just seems like a gut read at the moment and fmpov seems like trying to solve a game . Mikal feels like he’s piggybacking off the logic of REF because there was no new analysis said besides “hard to read” and reiterating what Rex said. Slight FoS

With that being said, I have my suspicions about Pie as well. Tough to read besides pressuring and really haven’t seen him make deep thought compared to others besides just pressuring me to get on and pushing claims. Don’t love Pie here

I guess Supa’s role confirmed at the very least. Does it make sense he was converted? Probably not, but it is a possibility.

From what I recall of his character, Ash as the Informant makes sense since I believe he was sending information back to the company. His betrayal of the crew was a pretty big plot point in the first movie. Not too dissimilar from David 8 in that regard.

We thankfully do have some time, but I’d really like to use that time instead of just staying in stasis. Hopefully we can get Rex to commit to the massclaim at a given time today.

As for the VTNL, I think that would be a mistake. We’re at 5-2. VTNL with a successful NK and we’re at 4-2, MYLO. If we mislynch, it goes down to 3-2, LYLO. Unless we’re planning another NL next DP, the NL this DP doesn’t grant us extra time and it just means POE contracts by one less person by DP3. It also means we miss out on any possibly going down to 4-1 if we lynch correctly.

This game is probably solvable if we just all can claim

We all need to commit to a mass claim. If anyone refuses to claim then we should vote them for pressure. This is literally the only way I see us solving the game.
