You're the second person to mention this. Does Kohai have a reputation for doing this? Anything other than random role assignment was unthinkable back when I played. It seems like a bizarre thing to speculate about otherwise.
It’s more so the town block aspect that we have going. Even in general, there’s a 50/50 shot one of the new people is scum with the POE I have going

Why? I think whiteflame is more than capable of restating the OP as scum, it seems pretty low-effort to me. Why townread him over that?
He’s at the lowest of the block, but the vibe felt town. Could he have done it as scum? Sure. But no one was talking about it, and he could’ve used it to his advantage by securing a plurality lynch.
Why? That post struck me as very natural and towny.
It felt forced to me. An experienced player with no scumreads or FOS after so much had happened.

I still really don’t like pie but the affil confirmation is the only thing I’m going off of
if max is scum a new player is not scum. Max would not come up with that.

vader is also never around. So locking him into consistency isn’t an awful idea but we do need to start locking in on a choice

I think its strange people dont look back on stalin in the same way they do other bad actors in history
I didnt know there was angleshooting happening but I also dont care lol
I was waiting for when people start to roll up their sleeves and settle into the grind that is what these games effectively become. You mill a way through the likely vs unlikely. Its not a very large game.
I feel disconnected from the town for reasons ill just not share. Im a sports fan, I like d&d. Im a whimsical player known as moth on mu. I know a few of you but minimally.
I dont have strong opinions, i read some of yalls past game results to see who the superlatives are.
It was a fairly inconclusive read where I mostly found my mind drifting off. It looked like lunatic is a very good player. And toth as well. But maybe everyone seemed like ordinary frustrated townies always getting bamboozled by meta assumptions.

I think based on how the day has gone theres a mafia among White/vader/awesome perhaps all within but i actually know awesome so ill be curious how they react to my admission of being moth

I don’t really know how to read the new people in this game and I also feel like there’s a mechanic that is making us overthink this “town confirmed” mechanic

I also know this is like Kohai’s 3rd time modding from what I’ve known between DART and DC. Correct me if I’m wrong on this. It seems like this may be a very swingy game where balance may be questionable due to a lack of game creation. This isn’t an insult at all but just something to point out mechanically so I think we really have to hone in on behavior.
But I am also very skeptical on Mikals role for the same reason above. I’ve played in 1 Kohai game and it was an overall basic game with not much different and unique variables
