I'm going to be slammed well into the afternoon, so I will try to catch up on this in the evening, but it's Shabbat and I can't promise I'll be available until tomorrow at this rate. FML.

I think Airmax is safe based on his claim and I just think Mikal is town because I see him going try hard on a game like this. Even in nostalgia mafia he try harded as town. I also don’t think as scum he’d want to continuously guess theme split and thus forcing him to think of a claim to narrow down a pool unless you think he deliberately does this as scum to make himself look good but I really doubt it

I feel like in a game like this where we are 96 posts in, scum are going to try to stand out as minimally as possible.

My first thought is to ask how many cultists we’re dealing with here. The rabbit hole goes deep

current guess one cultust at start with either a day recruit or a 1x lynchproof so the game doesn’t end too early.

it depends if cult gets night kills. i think they do cause I think they need some way of getting rid of those that can’t be recruited, makes the game flow a bit more normal as well

but if the don’t get night kills then I can see them starting off with more than one cultist

Scum is also limited on recruiting. There are very specific people they likely can rec and there is no way they know who that is if they didn’t play the game

Well Rex did say that too much claiming lets them use their abilities more effectively, so I think that’s referencing the fact that if the people who can’t be recruited claim, then scum knows who they can recruit

Later on this game it might be beneficial to claim can be recruited / cannot be recrutied. Worst case scenario we lynch within the pool that can be recrutied

5-6 feels like a ridiculously long list of players that can’t be recruited. I’ll go reread what Airmax said, but I doubt you’re reading it correctly.

his pm says he can’t be recruited. There are multiple people that fall under that criteria and it’s under very specific conditions in game. Again it’s not something scum would know or can even find. But with his pm and something mine references. I am all but sure this assumption is correct. I think scum has like a 50/50 shot on if they get someone.

Character claiming is prob bad because you can infer roles. My ego is telling me I could solve this outside of fake claims

There is no hard truth anticlaim mechanic, but revealing information about your character will allow scum to use their roles to much greater effect

skep choosing to use the word their in this. Leads me to believe. There is more than 1 at the start.

It’s way more complex than that. It’s not just the ending. It’s the entire game and the lead up to the ending. It’s not easy to research and takes some game knowledge from playing or a lot of research. I’m js. Recruiting is limited.
