Uhh... did you change your mind about the contract before or after you realized it was an alignment changing role? Your first post makes it sound like you got the offer, realized it sounded like it was alignment changing, were intrigued and accepted, then read up on it, changed your mind, was told it was too late but the contract failed anyway. Was this the sequence of events?

I accepted the offer not knowing really what it was. I later decided to read up on the character and realized it was probably an alignment changing contract. Once I realized that I attempted to back out. The mod told me I couldn’t back out but the point is moot because it failed.

Disagree. If there is no traditional NK and it’s just recruitment I doubt this can be afforded plus we gain no new information.
