Read Kohai’s scum slip accusation earlier in the DP. Here is what Kohai said:

REF: I knew it was a recruitment offer, I asked. I wanted to switch sides, as I dislike playing as town.

Kohai: Anyone see this as a scum slip? We know for a fact someone did change sides 

Why is this a scum slip if he did the exact same thing by accepting the contract. Okay wtv, let’s say the above piece is a nothingburger. Here is what I posted:

I have a problem with Vader, REF, and Mikal accepting the offer. It screamed recruitment imo. The offer was too good to be true. I find it hard to believe they didn’t think their affiliation could change.

We know that at least one person accepted recruit.

So I was under the impression that Kohai had gone back in and retracted the offer, so he had declined to begin with, which is why I didn’t include his name.

His reaction was ya okay, I don’t really care about Supa, but REF and Mharman could be scum. He went along with it even though he could’ve argued “but I accepted too.”

accusing Rex of scumslipping is pretty hypocritical yeah

So you were able to accept it and then change your mind and reject it? Or you just accepted it and it failed.

So others are reporting that they were offered a contract with Kyubey and accepting it would grant them a hidden ability. However, you say you were offered a contract but make no mention of it unlocking any ability; in fact, your hidden ability was activated in DP1.

I'm unclear on how you were able to get a hidden ability activated without agreeing to a contract, and I'm also unclear on what the justification for your hidden ability is. What about Hitomi justifies a power which reveals someone's character if she's VTL'd?

My role is a 2x Redirector. It is definitely a bit fishy, and honestly, this may even be SOP depending on your perspective. Last night, I chose Casey / Mikal, for any action items to be redirected on Magic. This was for 2 reasons

1. I wanted to see if Magic had something happen to him in terms of a roleblock / action fail / etc. I also thought that if Casey had an investigative role and they see something happen, it can be redirected onto who I thought would be the Nk target after a DP that ends in a no lynch. Worst case scenario, Magic is dead and FoS on Casey/Mikal heightens
2. If Casey was potentially town and a NK didn't happen (like I see now), it would give a lot of cred too Casey and we can move on. Obviously with the recruiting and such, this makes it different. It also makes it interesting that Magic had only 1 other person visit them as well so curious to see what happens

I saw something about full claim so don’t want to do that yet but I can see if someone visits someone. I didn’t read the game at all cus he sent me the pm super late as I was going to bed

said im invited to be a magical girl and was like bet. Then said it failed. Then he asked me how I wanted to target and I said pie cus he’s normally the most active and as town I figured someone would target him which they seem to have

if no one person is claiming to visit him then that all but town locks him

That's why I wanted to see if Mikal claimed to see if he was a protective role, because then I could essentially "confirm" his action to a degree unless he was CC'd.

He did start by saying your target was not visited by someone other than yourself.

and then correct it.

that means magic was visited by someone if super is telling the truth and pie was likely not given his first response.

So it looks like Vader redirected Mikal to Mharman.
