It describes his character as granting them wishes in exchange for turning them into madical girls, but they also hide how they are either turned into a witch or die fighting one. Tin foil theory: Magic was the real target and they night killed him so vader could potentially yolo. After all the mod said it *may* or *may not be* the one that was chosen. By killing the person chosen they have a shot at a YOLO.

That said I'll wait until I get rex's full flip for that determination

I can buy the idea that REF/WF preferred to keep me alive because I was more likely to lynch Kohai the following DP. This plan was foiled though by Wryly basically outting that REF was scum.

By lynching Pie though, they could’ve secured a lynch on Wryly to win the game today though, which is where I am confused

If they are lynched at DP1, they survive but their role and their recruitment mechanic is revealed. If I die in any other way, my recruitment mechanic is revealed but details are not described.

The problem with LyLO is that you have to re evaluate everything. I can see strong arguments for pie, vader, and whiteflame being the recruit. The strongest argument IMO for whiteflame is behavior. The strongest argument for vader is he admitted to accepting the contract. The argument for pie is that scum didn't hammer him when they had the chance.

This is why I hate recruit mechanisms
