Why do you think there’s a 3rd party?

I think its likely there is a third party just because only 2 mafia in like a 11 player game seems weak. Even if mafia was busted and town weak, it still gives town ample chances to pull their heads out of their asses and pull off a win.

I just don’t love Bananas claim because it’s a mechanically weird role where you are role blocking the only confirmed town player in the game by vetoing decisions. Also completely outted that I have different roles as well that I can use so…yeah don’t love that.

I also just don’t love the justification Banana gave for the lynch. I remember on an old DART game they usually based their lynch on their reads and gave a lot of justification. This just felt like they said “well Thoth is the lynch” so lynch him…

Whiteflame is definetly the odd man out too. I can never behaviorally read him

I think I could be getting fooled with Pie. I think he might be a sneaky scum read. Mago is a likely town read to this point because of the different confirmations unless he’s TP and Pie was on the Thoth train as well.

Also there’s a lot of Empresses in the game

Need to take a step back and look at Wylted. Why would Wylted get a miller with favor? Also with the roles claimed so far, it could not be possible for a miller to exist unless the rolecop showed Goon all the time

I think my POE is Banana, Whiteflame, Pie, Kohai, Wylted at the moment.

I don’t know Banana that well, but from what she said she’s new, I think the explanation checks out. Do you disagree with the fact that she’s new or do you find it unlikely that she’d react like that, regardless?

Do you find it suspicious how many people are seemingly mechanically confirmed, or is it just me?

Like, at this point, it’s basically D2, and there have been at least 3-4 mechanical confirmations (perhaps more, to my knowledge, I don’t exactly remember).

It wasn't anything crazy, it was pretty inactive, and I led a lynch on Thoth that barely went through because of inactivity. Thoth didn't even claim or really try to steer away his lynch, which was kind of dumb

I dislike Banana’s Siren claim. Here is what a Siren does per MafiaUniverse. Funny enough it’s the role of the day on MU today. This is what Siren does:

”The Siren is an independently aligned player who may submit one name each night. If the named player visits the Siren on that night, they die. Once the Siren successfully kills two players in this fashion, they win the game.”

If you are basing this off of role name, that's not a super convincing argument, because im pretty sure a mason recruiter isn't a "Neighborizer". Not sure where Rex finds the names for his role pm's but they are definitely not standard. Also shining and wryly both have two different names for the same passive that lets them identify roles who visit them (perceptive, and careful). I have never even heard of a slanderer or benefactor or adjudicator either. Magoroths vengeful is basically just a hunter.

That's an odd role to have on town. So you just straight veto favor allocations? I get why you didn't use it, just seems like this has negative utility for town.

no, rex said it was seperate from favor which means it has nothing to do with favor. vader has other actions he can use aparently, and i can stop those. and i agree that it has negative utility, so i probably wont end up using that one. also apparently vader didnt use any actions np1 so i couldnt have used it anyway

btw I started out with 4 favor and received none NP1 because I am sadly unappreciated in my time. though in hindsight favor should've gone to Thoth, who apparently does not share my anxiety about everyone hating me if I ghost on a game

I think the real problem is stretching a game to 12 players when its hard enough to get 9 players in a game these days. A lot of people don't really have the time and energy to be here, and only signed up out of wanting to do a favor for rex I think lol.
