They indeed gave town a whole extra day phase. If Thoth is town, they either targeted Mago as well, which also doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, or they were really confident they could get Thoth mislynched DP3 and also win at MYLO.

I would've thought the best play for handling Mago from a scum perspective is to keep him alive until LYLO and get him mislynched. Then his vote can't really bite them in the ass at the clinch.

Basically the only reference I had seen to this show going into this game was a news article about a controversial scene where an Imperial officer tries to rape a woman. I get that portrayal of sexual assault in media is rightly a touchy subject, but the outrage I was seeing made me think that people were forgetting that the Empire are the bad guys. If the showmakers wanted to remind us that the Empire are not the good guys, that was a quick fix. And do you really think that no immigration officer has ever threatened someone for sexual favors?

I think fans' response to that scene was mostly due to people trusting Star Wars not to have SA content. Other than Kylo being kind of creepy with Rey during the interrogation scene, it's unprecedented. Always been a franchise you can watch with your kids. Andor is definitely grittier though. Just the feel of some of the opening sets seemed more Blade Runner to me than Star Wars.

The likelihood of Luthen Rael being in the game combined with the unlikelihood of scum claiming a JOAT with a flipped Inventor have combined to tip Luna just outside my top two scumreads. Mechanically he is unconfirmed, which bothers me, so he's far from a townlock.

I also worry it's just been Banana this whole time and she's straight claiming a scum role, but her role confirmation and its justification with her character are indisputable, and I don't see how Savant pits a loaded town deck against just a Chauffeur and a Petitioner. She would have to have other powers.

I am the towniest town to ever town, but I couldn't fault any of y'all for mislynching me here. It's at least indirectly my own ass fault (that should be the name of a paving company) for neglecting my list of night actions. I do ask you all to seriously consider whether or not, if I were scum, Kohai would be okay with me claiming Vigilante knowing that I could not fake-confirm myself with a second kill last night. Even in the Suikoden game where I pulled that Leprechaun claim out of my ass a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, I only did it because Lunatic either approved it or did not make it clear enough that he did not approve it.

Sounds like all the characters are pretty main from what wryly and whiteflame have said. I am kind of ignoring claim logic for that reason, only really giving wrylys claim a bunch of credit for being the main character
