Solo Leveling Mafia - DP1

I phrased that poorly, what my theory with that was is essentially that Jin woo is third party and had to mae a choice before the end of dp1 to be able to joint with town, scum or stay independent and maybe the wording of Mikal’s post indicates he made a choice to stay independent. Kind of a shot in the dark theory but it made sense to me as I was reading it.

Alright, that does make more sense. Worth considering.

I'm interested in talking more, but not in a productive, help the town kinda way. I just enjoy solving themes.

I really don’t want to play the “I am town confirmed so follow me” card and I don’t have a way to enforce that anyway, but no lynching seems absurd to me and a massive waste of 1000 posts and a few days of time and effort lol. POE won’t get narrowed down at all and we enter next day phase in the exact same position. It’s really only an angle to get more time but do we need more time?

I think there's merit to the idea of getting as many PRs active as possible to increase the quality/quantity of information we can get from nights. Short term we'll go into DP2 in a pretty similar position as we are in now, but the benefit will increase over time as more and more PRs get recruited. Hard to say if it maths out to a faster solve than just playing normally and voting when reasonable, and I'm also not sure it's an idea that's incompatible with just playing the game normally anyway (there's certainly enough people that voting today isn't going to significantly reduce the number of PRs in the game assuming we vote a townie).

But, again, happy to also vote today. My ideal target is Thoth. Is that agreeable for you or do you want to go with a different wagon?

Rex has full claimed to me already. He’s making his character sound worse than it is, if you know the theme it’s not as bad as he is making it sound. I town read his claim entirely.

I agree but with 17 players surely we can still do that by only going down to 16 players lol

For what it's worth, the VTNL logic hinges on the guilds working together to recruit for multiple nights then agreeing to start using power roles all at once. This is a level of coordination I do not believe we'll achieve.

On a side note, we say that Mikal is not a bastard mod, but imo telling some members of the town that even if the town wins, they still lose if they are more town than other members of the town (using power roles as the game goes on instead of continuing to recruit in the late game, being willing to lynch within their guild for the better of the town, etc.) is pretty fucking bastard to me. Just saying.

This is interesting, but I'd caution against reading too deeply into it. It might mean something, but it might also just be a weird AI mistake. They screw up in minor ways all the time.

So I was never able to get an answer from Mikal about if I potential vig could shoot NP1. So I'm not gonna take the chance. We should just lynch this DP.

Low activity players are absolutely fucked this game

I don't see the wagon that Wryly got besides wylted pushing soem posts on it but that's really it but I am still trying to catch up

Right now from what I am seeing I see 3 big options and wagons that were pushed and have consistently swayed. Wagons were on Kohai, Thoth, and Mestari.

Mestari had 6 people on the wagon including Kohai and Thoth

Mestari 6/9 - Alyssa, ILikePie5, Mestari, Kohai, wylted, Thoth

Thoth got to 6 with

Thoth 6/9 - Kohai, Mestari, Lunatic, Alyssa, Rex, Mag1c

Noticeably, Alyssa was on both of the wagons that were there. Don't know if on the kohai wagon but haven't caught enough. Pie is noticeably missing as well from this wagon.

I also don't know how scum would manipulate votes to force a mislynch in a 17 person game. It's not a do re mi game. The only true leads are Luna (who is town confirmed) having a beef with Mestari who feels like a town read, and Thoth softing himself and Kohai harding himself.

I think vote wagons could be a good way to lynch this but I also haven't analyzed behaviors and it's going to be extremely hard

Important to note that my vote on Mestari was my RVS vote from post #3 .

Never voted for Kohai, either. Kohai's in my town pile for the moment.

Thoth has claimed the protagonist's younger sister and has also claimed he is unrecruitable.
