Right now it's looking like Thoth is going to be the lynch today. I'm okay with that, but I'd like to ask everyone here a question. If you had to vote for someone else, who would your choice be, and why?

Alyssa, for reasons that I have discussed mostly in my mason PM, but a few I have discussed publicly already.

I think it is far-fetched that I wouldn't have thought of that, but people do make mistakes. The Helz/Mestari mixup proves that. But you would also have to believe that ThothScummate!Alyssa defended me with a different explanation than I had already given, which would speak to a complete lack of coordination in scum chat that doesn't fit with how active and invested in the game we have both been. I'm starting to believe it wasn't even a pocket attempt because I can't see scum!Alyssa trying to pocket me that incautiously either.

I wouldn't have to think that because I don't think you two are partnered. I've been clear about that.

With very little from Banana, Vader, Shining, with nothing more from Kohai or Thoth when both are under the crosshairs, and with nothing at all from Max, I'm baffled you guys don't want more time. What do we have to gain from cutting our time short? We're just giving mafia an early out from the police lineup.

Disagree, we saw a short day phase when we accidentally hammered kohai in debatecraft players mafia and it limited tons of POE for mafia to work with and that game went very smoothly. Short dp1's should be meta honestly.

Not yet. I have been trying to keep my non thoth related reads in my holster until they are needed. The only reason I would publicly out them at this point is to gain town cred and prove my line of thought comes from a townie perspective, but as a confirmed town player I do not need to do that. If Thoth is the lynch I don't really see a reason to point out scum tells from other people that give them an out for committing to them in the future, when it's more likely they will keep doing them and we can continue building a case against them if they keep doing said tells in the future.

This jibes a lot better, but also is very different than what you originally said. Trying not to be paranoid and read this as a revision crafted by your scummates.

I'm about halfway caught up. I'll claim the second part of my role more fully. I'm a backup for a certain role, meaning I don't have the power yet but I get it after they die. If you know my character and the right bit of Mafia lingo, you can probably guess what it is, but maybe keep it to yourself.

I know about your character and this literally makes no sense. What makes less sense is that you aren't full claiming despite the fact that its clear you are going to be the lynch here. You should be doing everything in your power to prevent that if you are town and worried about being mislynched.

Me and rex already talked about this in the mason PM and I figured you were going to go that with the justification for unrecruitable. It doesn't click with me in the slightest though, just because no one would recruit her doesn't mean she is unrecruitable. She is literally powerless lol. Makes way more sense for that character to just be vanilla. And no amount of medical training in the word would be equivalent to the ability that the raw healing doctors in this show can do in a fraction of the time, so the doctor back up justification is equally as non-sensical lol.
