Don't know why you guys claimed, its painfully obvious that he and Kohai are trying to out all the power roles before half of them can even get a NA off. This is clearly going to be a long haul game with many DPs and NPs to go after we lynched scum back to back. Not a single other person should claim. Keep scum in the dark and continue getting results and tightening the POE net.

So some thoughts-

I would be interested in hearing from anyone who does not see Shinings role claim as extremely weak compared to what they got to the point it sounds really fake.

The push on Awesome's role card is just 2 kinds of bad imo. Before considering how angleshooty it is, dudes a replacement and host has confirmed issues with pictures came up after game started. That all adds up. While I do suspect them I also think that line of thinking should be killed with fire and left to rot.

I have been chewing on the lost wolf potential and all that. I specifically remember Thoth voicing that they were a backup to Jim Woo or whatever. While that turned out to be bullshit I believe it did draw from them knowing such a function existed in the game. This would reflect someone on their team having such a mechanic -or- potentially the team itself being informed such a mechanic exists.

Then Thoth also reported having a list of 3 players who might be Jim Woo. Very strange line to take to the point I felt there must be some truth to it. While their purported list is very likely bullshit that would line up with their team actually being given a list of people potentially being the one that evolves into the ant king. As we get more flips could be worth looking at positions between flipped mafia to see who they universally avoided pushing prior to D3.

Then there is the 1 kill at night + the one poisoning ending up coming from the flipped Mafia Alyssa. So no 3rd party kpn? Only 4 Mafia? It would make sense for there to be an evolving lost wolf 3p. Potential that it could simply be a wolf that evolves into something stronger but if thats the case the rat king or whatever will need to be one very strong role balance wise.

This is interesting. Prior to them clarifying what type of cop and why they think you are guilty I think you should provide more info first. Who did you visit last night and why?

To be blunt Rex does not have a reason to out themselves and lie. This is no sort of Lylo so them flipping a town would just screw their chances if scum. There simply is not a motive for them to lie imo.

Let me unpack this for you-

There are far too many town and (at best) 3 wolves at this point. Getting you killed means nothing and a wolf trading their life for a town is an awful trade for their team.

Would Rex lie about a claim to create a counter train to Shining? Again why? What possible scum motive is there? They divert the train off Shining and then we bag two wolves in the next day/night cycles? That makes no sense.

Then there is the fact that you do not even think they are lying but you want them to do a full role claim. Thats not just asking for them to clarify their peek on you- you want a FULL role claim from a slot that you do not even think is lying. Why? Explain your motive here. It makes no sense as town and the only thing I see it accomplishing is allowing you to maneuver around the known details while also revealing exact information about a town power role.

I am really not sure whats in your head outside of seeing your play right now as blatantly scummy. I am not even demanding a full role claim from you. I do very much think you should explain what you are thinking with this "Rex must give a full role claim" nonsense and that you should clarify your visitation prior to Rex revealing more about the check on you.

I really think people should focus on this specific aspect of ILikePie's reaction to Rex's claim-

They believe Rex is not lying. Yet they want the person they do not think is lying to give a full claim before they so much as reveal if they visited / who they visited. Those two concepts do not logically add up. They would add up 'if' Pie thought Rex was scum faking a claim. But they do not.

While at the same time they have motive if scum in nailing down exactly what the information against them is so they can counter it. I strongly feel Pie should be revealing some bits of information before Rex. To be specific-

1- Who did Pie Visit if anyone (no need to claim action type yet)

2- Does Pie have any sort of Miller function

3- Was Pie told they were bussed or anything of the sort

Pie should clarify these things before Rex gives more information imo.

D1 scum hunting didn't get us 2 wolves. An unforced noob error did. That was precisely my point. There's only value in pushing noobs DP1 because all DP1 errors are either unforced or result of a lucky rng lynch target.

Mafia has flipped both an RB and the ability to prevent a player from being protected. Ngl, a town role that guarantees a successful night action sounds like designed counterplay.

Well I thought about arguing some bits with you on the subject of D1 hunting but if you think its worthless whatever. I think there is a lot players can do that day specifically thats less effective in later days. Does not matter either way.

I am very specifically interested in your takes on Shining's awful role claim and Pie's odd demand for Rex to be the one to reveal information first.

I'm interested in Pie claiming before Rex. Most notably because it seems clear to me that Pie knew Rex visited him prior to Rex outing.

I'm not a fan of Shining's claim either. Is there a reason for Shining to be a lightning rod?

At this point my POE is Pie, Shining, Kohai, Awesome, Helz. I actually like Awesome's claim. Helz is more likely 3P than mafia.
