Not at all what I was getting at. Its a basic psychology study thats taught in any 1st year course as a primal driver for human behavior.

People do all sorts of learned behavior for silly reasons. Why say bless you when someone sneezes but not when they burp or fart? Whats up with those canned conversations you have with someone at a gas station as you buy a bag of chips and vaguely recite something that resembles a conversation? Why do you greet people the way you do depending on what country you are in?

These are learned social norms. When you break them down some make sense and have reasoning- others are like the monkeys doing things just because thats how things are done. Thats how I see this lynch. I see no real reasoning. You guys have 95% of a full claim and act like the other 5% makes me guilty while recognizing how its damaging for scum to know those details.
