I just frankly don't agree with removing Mestari by POE as you have, and I'm still a little unclear on what happened with Awesome and REF, so I can't say I agree with how you've gone through this list yet. I don't mind if you want to keep me in your POE as well, but I legitimately cannot see a world in which SJW is on a scum team with Ants.

I don’t see Mestari as being scum especially with Thoth’s open scum slip talking about him being a fear kill. I just don’t see him as scum.

That's my bad, I misinterpreted my role. It specifically says that my results would be false AND randomized. I took this to be a restatement - that they would be randomized and therefore false. Only after wryly revealed her gambit and her assumption that I would give false results did I think 'oh shit, is it false or randomized in the case of a cop?'
I asked Mikal, and he said for binary results like a cop's inno/guilty it would always return false results and for open-ended results like tracking, watcher, etc. it would just spit out something random. He also confirmed that a strengthener would pierce and override all of these.

That's a plus for Whiteflame. It's probably Kohai + Banana tbh. IDK why I have a hard-on for Whiteflame. Neither Thoth nor Alyssa jumping to the Kohai wagon is pretty damning.
Pie and I talked about the Shining lynch last DP in guild chat. I felt if Shining was somehow town (yes Rex I see that he was), the odds are high it's Kohai/Banana. 1. Based on Kohai vs Shining being something that didn't peg me as scum v scum, 2. General scumminess of Kohai, 3. Banana vs Shining from last DP.

I can't think of a game that had poison and no way to cure it on this site. Asking how it was cured would be the norm, and upon realizing it could be cured it's not fancy play to realize the doc was still alive and that poisoning a player would basically narrow POE and town confirm someone, something that scum want even less if they are going to be half wiped out by DP3. That's not pursuing your wincon, it's hampering it. When you could instead use it to manipulate to cop into protecting scum and have a free NK while farming lots of towncred, why not do that?

Alright, without knowing your plan, it makes sense here that Awesome and REF are lean town. Odd way to run a Strengthener, but makes sense. That leaves

Kohai
Mestari
and Mag1c to a lesser extent
My POE is Banana, Kohai, Mag1c, Mestari, whiteflame, in that order. whiteflame probably shouldn't even be on that list because I'm not buying that Mikal gave scum a Poisoner and an Injurer, but the revelations so far have destroyed my confidence in my ability to modpsych Mikal.
I'm also not quite sure if I buy this whole "Mestari wiped out two scummates to activate his Ant King" power yet, but we can explore that further down the line. At least I have a claim to analyze with Mestari, which is more than I can say of Mag1c, so that puts Mag1c higher up in the POE.

My thought process was that I could choose someone else, but the odds of me catching scum were like less than 20%. I figured Banana was likely to be scum and at the very least, I can prevent her from committing any other actions.
The problem here is that Mag1cman’s action failed last night, which means I was deflected off of Banana or redirected, but Banana couldn’t have done either of those actions.
I think Banana is basically outted at this point. I doubt she’s the Redirector/Deflector. Makes more sense that she’s a Lawyer with the innocent on Alyssa
