I've said it already, but I would think you would at least have considered Mikal as potential scum given the CC. I wouldn't say the issue was with who you chose as an alternative, just the lack of clarity on the why after pointing out the CC.

I don't think Mikal seriously thought most of us would believe his claim, but I could be wrong. And yeah, banking on Kohai's games including outlandish roles and weird balance issues isn't outside the realm of possibility, either.

Again, my point on the CC is that Mikal’s claim is so ridiculous that, if it exists, it’s plausible from a neutral POV that my claim is real too. Like, we know the Earth is round. Let’s say that Kohai said something that seemed to imply he thinks it’s flat. This would be so far removed from reality that we might as well consider the possibility that he thinks it’s a hexagon on a turtle’s back. Once you have passed a certain threshold of ridiculousness, any amount of extra ridiculousness is believable.

I wanted to see if unvoting and revoting would show the post # of the new vote because my approach for tied votes in my future games will probably be removing votes starting from the most recent, with unvotes and revotes counting as new votes.

That's not inconsistent. Responses still matter, whether they're to claims you believe or those you disbelieve. It's not a strategy I'd engage in and I'm not saying he's doing it well, but I can't understand just assuming it's an obviously real claim, either.
