This is why I asked if we've punished Wylted in the past for not SoPing by the way. I feel like the more Wylted play with a PGO would be conceal it and try to bait a scum NK.

Lunatic learned last game that not alphaing up makes him scummy to some, the question is, does he fake that as scum *in this specific spot*? Scum Lunatic would find a spot to alpha up at some point, but here it could really blow up in his face if town believes Wylted's claim.

Negative utility SOPs are typically bought by town and as such are the easiest thing for scum to try and buddy. "Yup x is obv town let's move on to the next person" "hey x you're obviously town, what do you think of y?" ... that sort of thing. I think I'll give early town points to Lunatic because while he can fake being mr big balls, it just doesn't feel like the specific sport where mafia would have an incentive to do so.

Id almost be on board if it were just a random vote towards Thoth because he picked a name out of a hat. But the fact that he’s doubling down on this and pushing it for the weirdest reasons is making me really suspicious of pie here. I think it’s obvious at this point Thoth is trying to tell us he’s a PR and we shouldn’t be pushing him, since he is saying his character claim gives away his role.

I can think of maybe like 2 characters that would do that, so I’m pretty fine with just accepting Thoth as town from that alone.

But pie tunneling him here for a TOWN mess up by claiming soldier in periodic is just dumb. Was that Thoths smartest move? No. But he was town, so how does capitalizing on a player who fucks up as town make any sense? You do that with scum players who fuck up, because you think they are prone to fuck up more. Thoth has had some significant scum slips, if pie was referring to those I’d be down to even buy it a little bit but he’s not referencing those games lol. Also there arguably another player in this game he isn’t pushing who is known for fucking up worse as scum, so it’s interesting he’s pressing Thoth over that player.

The “Buddying Luna” argument is equally just bad. It’s not like he ever hardcore FOSed Wylted either so that’s a pretty weak argument for a “flip flop”.

If we are pushing for a claim from someone I want it to be Pie. He feels disingenuous as fuck right now
