Does the scripture anywhere at anytime refer to a woman as an elder, bishop?

They did. Mary Magdalene who ended up closer ti Jesus and a more loyal followe than even Peter himself who betrayed Jesus on the cross with his tail between his legs as Mary Magdaleen cried hugging the bottom of what Lord Yeshua was hanging on.
The reason she is not called an Apostle is misogyny.

The grace at baptism is a sokute and all e compassing, greater grace than that cannot exist or be achieved.
Its also an extreme abomination/travesty for tej unba0tised to receive any othert sacrament. The problem is that adult converts especially, actually *have to* confess prior to baptism, making it all strange.

Again with Hitler and Stalin no one knows for sure what they thought or how they ended. Calvinists would have to say God made them to go to hell and possibly to deceive others as further punisher, which is much harder to reconcile.

But in the case of conditional baptism it completely alters when you can get/do your 1st sacrament of recinciliation (confession).
You shiukd receive this months earlier and even di it 2 times, 2nd closer to baotism, if already baptised before. But if not, 1 will be enough and tbh even that 1 is strange because baotisk does the same thing as confession to the siuk but does it in one seift swoop andnguarantees total forgiveness and absolution.
Let us just be observant and grateful enough that Stalin didnt convert on his deathbed and Hitler likely stayed non Catholic. Imagine having to tell others they went to heaven (Calvinists have to say Hitler likely did due to P in TULIP).

Well, you have to have the baptize using the Trinitarian formula and actually mean the Trinity when you say it. Mormon baptisms would therefore be invalid since they don’t accept the doctrine of the Trinity but still use the right words.
Also, Vatican 2 didn’t change the rules for Baptism. It only created a more inclusion approach to Protestantism.
Evidence can be found in the 4th canon of the Council of Trent on Baptism:
If any one saith, that the baptism which is even given by heretics in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, with the intention of doing what the Church doth, is not true baptism; let him be anathema.
The cetificate is needed to prove there was an actual Baptism. If a certificate can’t be found, they will likely do a conditional Baptism since you can’t be baptized twice.

One of the original requirements for a valid baptism was that a valid clergyman did the baptism.
Vatican II altered this a lot, afaik.
