Limitations are limitless, until such times when the Universe collapses.

Though if the GOD principle survives the process of collapse and resurrection, then Bob's your Uncle and Fanny's your Aunty.

And some billions of years latter a bemused organism will scratch it's lice infested chin, and grunt.

And kneel down in prayer for another billion years of the same blessings.

No doubt.

I'm guessing that it's an inevitable part of the eternal process of universal life, death and resurrection.

So long as Satan is around doubt about Jesus will continue to exist. The Bible does not give Satan and expiry date so there is no time limit established.

A bit of biblical nutcasing there Debs, which is tad worrying.

Too many late nights studying the Bible is not good for you.

GOD/Jesus are Superman, and Satan is his arch enemy.

Typical fantasy fiction.

Understanding the Bible is crucial for salvation within Christianity because it reveals the nature of God , the reality of sin and the way to redemption through Jesus Christ.

As far as we are able to know, that is all theo-philosophical Hocus Pocus.

Now, I can accept that humankind can be stupid enough to develop and sustain beliefs in hocus pocus.

But why would a real universal super-intelligence also be so stupid?

There again we are supposedly made in it's image.

But....Didn't we actually make it in our image?...I'm 99.9% certain that we did.

Which isn't to suggest that a Universal Super Intelligence is an unreasonable proposition....Nor that it would definitely not be humanesque in form...Such might be the Law of Universal Evolution.

Though given what we are currently witnessing, isn't it more likely to be technological and Alternatively Intelligent?

@SergeantLynch

The Bible teaches us about this Universal Super Intelligent creator and appeals to us to embrace it for our salvation and eternal life. This has been happening from the beginning of creation.

@Debby

Maybe, but why do you find hocus pocus like "salvation and eternal life" necessary?

And what do you mean by "the beginning of creation"?

I'm guessing that you base your ideas on the Harry Potter style book of spells and magicians.

Whereas my hypothetical Super Intelligent Creator is based upon universal evolutionary logic...Not an individual humanesque magician from somewhere, but the accumulation and application of slowly gathered universal knowledge.

The existence of God or of multiple Gods does not depend on belief.

It isn’t more likely for there to be multiple Gods just because there’s more.

You can check this against any example and it’s obviously not true. God or Gods would exist regardless of any artificial probability.

It doesn’t matter how many sets atheism or theism have. We could be in a universe where there is no God, and this entire discussion would be completely pointless.

When it comes to correct rate, it does.

Of course, highest correct rate comes by being both theist and atheist. In that case, person is correct for sure, at least in one case.

The correctness of such a person, whether due to being an atheist or theist, would be overridden by the claim which happens to be wrong.

So if you are both an atheist and a theist, and god shows up to give you a smack, you were correct to be a theist but incorrect to be an atheist, therefore neutral on the correctness scale regarding your belief.

So no, the "highest correct rate" does not come by choosing both sides but rather, through probabilistic analysis, choosing the side with the higher chance of correctness over many trials. In the end you would have a large sample of trials in which you would have been correct more times than incorrect.

No, correct rate is unaffected by incorrect claims. Person who speaks nothing would have lower number of correct claims than person who says one correct claim and one incorrect claim.

It will all be decided in heaven, even for those who don’t believe in a heaven.
