Still don’t understand the back and forth at the moment. We have a Hard CC with Thoth and Pie together that might potentially end game if we aren’t careful. I get that sometimes we have to focus on others but to pivot focus to a whole different topic right now is going to do nothing

I don’t like WF claim by any means but I do think it makes sense based on my role and such

I really just can’t see a world where it’s not Thoth and Wylted right now. The only caveat to this if Mikal is big brain manipulation is but I just feel he’s too theme invested to even try to manipulate town to such a degree where it is impossible for them to win this game

Depending on the response WF gives me from that question I asked to him, my POE is narrowed and fmpov the game is solved

There’s also no reason for Pie to hard CC there unless he knows they won the game. Even the most unoptimal town scenario at 9-3-1, 8-3 going into NP1, assuming they recruited and killed Shining as town it’s 7-4, going into the NP2 it’s 6-4 if you mislynch. Only game breaking mechanic is a double kill to end so that doesn’t work. There’s no incentive for Pie to CC at all. I don’t think they get unlimited recruits either

Even 10-2-1, you go 9-2 into NP1, recruit it’s 8-3. Mislynch dp2 it’s 7-3. Kill and recruit if they have a 2x recruit it’s a 6-4. There’s no benefit to Pie doing a fake CC at that point when you had a viable mislynch of me or Luna right there if either or is the case

Even if you think it’s an awkward CC I really just don’t buy that Pie is doing a fake CC at that point. Even if your most optimal game possible that’s so scum sided it’s a 6-4 at best. He’s getting lynched no matter what. I know this may be Pie’s WIFOM but there’s no reason for him to do that. I think we are fine doing a 1v1 so I think if momentum changes but there’s no reason for him to CC when my mislynch provided him a major opportunity to pounce on that

Also Pie as scum is not taking risky behavior mechanics to try and stir town. It’s usually calculated NP risks if that. Sorry just not buying it at this point. If he’s scum and Thoth is telling the truth he had no reason to go after Thoth there when my mislynch was literally opening up there. Just don’t buy that he is scum

Thoth didn’t even soft anything here. All I got was he found out that Mikal was the intended NK. No way is that a CC, even then if you are talking about the 20 posts before he voted him right away after the post. Pretty common Pie reaction

Thoth's claim is too wild, I just can't fathom it as a sane fake claim. Pie's sounds more like a plausible fake claim he scavenged from Shining, but if it is he would have to be changing the role to Ascetic to implicate Thoth. Why not just claim Shining's original role? He'd be less sussed.

As for what I am, it’s Strengthener. I strengthened Luna. That’s why Mikal’s Redirect didn’t work.

So what’s Pie’s incentive to CC’ing that claim then if he’s scum. The most he’s going to do is survive one extra DP and die. That literally does nothing. Thoth’s claim is weird but it’s not crazy.
