I really don't like either lynch, but I can't see Pie pulling this kind of gambit with the CC. It just doesn't make any kind of sense for him. There are at least more unknowns for Wryly. Neither of your actions make sense as scum, but Wryly's more likely to have made these choices, albeit without a lot of thought into the consequences of just putting out a fake claim that could be CC'd.
