After Thoth's scumslip, Alyssa was the obvious choice for them to bus drive. Or to Lawyer, on the off chance they have a Lawyer and a Framer/Redirector. Bus Driver is the simpler explanation though. Maybe they bus drove Alyssa and Pie NP1 as well, and simply continued with Pie NP2; I don't know. I'm willing to entertain that possibility if you'll make the good faith gesture of claiming.

I think they’re probably Mafia for a couple reasons. They character claimed for no reason in DP1. And Mag1cman was poisoned. He was suspicious of Helz. With Alyssa having the Poison, it makes sense they coordinated that in addition to whatever Redirector or role they have

Hmm, I actually wasn't 100% sure when I pulled the trigger but this reaction solidifies it to me - for much of the time I was leaning more towards Wryly being scum. But look at the response. The throwing-everything-at-the-wall strategy especially. Saying I fake claimed so I'm suspect? He was literally in the guild chat where Lunatic suggested the gambit and convinced me to do it, and Wryly can vouch for that. Plus, the refusal to claim. I wanted it to come like a shock of cold water for this reason.

There's a non zero chance if Helz is 3P that Mafia is Rex + Wyrly. I doubt that highly, and have been town reading Wyrly all game. I just want this written in my ISO if I were to die and it turned out we need a change of detection in a few days.

ill be on late 2night ive got a family reunion today

Well, I guess we’re getting into it with Helz at this point. Seems appropriate given the information we have, don’t love that Helz is being intransigent about claiming especially when he spent so much time laying into Pie about lying and now it’s clear he did as well. Leaving us to debate with REF for this long while throwing pot shots at Pie instead of just outing that he was in this guild also doesn’t help. I’m also not super fond of this “claim one function” aspect. If there’s a time to clarify your position, now is that time.

Anyway, I’m not going to be on much of today given that it’s my birthday and I’ve got enough going on beyond this. I’ll check in from time to time, but it will be limited.
