If I don't know whether opposing guild members investigate as guilty, I don't know if scum have a Bus Driver. That theory depended largely on having both an inno check on Alyssa and a guilty check on Pie. If Pie investigates as guilty to me as long as I'm in the Tigers, maybe scum just have a Lawyer and lawyered Alyssa. In that case, it would explain why they couldn't just bus drive around Vader and kill Pie, or me. It also means I would be unable to Cop anyone in Pie's guild. Mikal's reticence here is definitely an inconvenience.

I don't think it really affects my decision here though. Either scum tried to NK Banana or Banana is scum. I still think she's an unlikely NK target.
