I think it should be illegal due to high potential for abuse by doctors. If legal, it should have to be witnessed (including the decision) by family members, and a lawyer. Including any prior counselling. And it shouldn’t be legal for anything other than physical health reasons.

I think Ukraine should be supported, but it’s hard to tell where this war is going. It doesn’t seem like any of the participants, direct or indirect, have gained something. Russia, the US, Europe - everyone has lost money, weapons, and in the case of Russia and Ukraine, people. China benefits.

To be honest, I don’t understand the context of this question. What allied countries are even under attack at this point or have been in the last, I don’t know, 50 years? Obviously the US should do everything in its power to dissuade China and Russia from expanding their influence.

Dumb to reduce spending when China has an army of millions and is looking to take Taiwan.
