Abortion should be banned even when the woman gets raped because a zygote's life matters more than a rape victim's pregnancy pain and being raped doesn't give you the excuse to murder someone else.

If someone has the view of, "legal only if raped", then the woman has to prove she got raped in order to get the abortion (which basically means illegal even for rape victims as proving rape is almost impossible).

My take (albeit it is rare at 10%), may make me a bad person in the eyes of the left. Good. I welcome their hatred once I've seen what they defend (Lindsay Clancy).

1 of 3 things are true:

1. Me having views in the 10% is not Rage Bait to the left.
2. Me having views in the 10% is Rage Bait to the left, but someone with views in the 27% would not be Rage Bait. Then you need an arbitrary cutoff point for how rare a political opinion has to be on the political spectrum for it to be Rage Bait.
3. Anyone in the 37% is expressing Rage Bait. The 19% wouldn't be Rage Bait (legal in all cases) because only right wing opinions can be Rage Bait.

Is it possible for an opinion to be socially right wing (defined as the values of the American republican party) and NOT have it to be Rage Bait?

If so, then give examples.

If not, then just admit that when you say, "Ban Rage Bait", you mean Republican social opinions. THEN the GOP can become the Rage Bait party.

If I'm being honest, then people on this website don't view politics as something that they enjoy talking about anymore. They prefer playing Mafia.

Should the name of this website be changed from, "Debate Craft" to, "Mafia Craft"?

Every debating website will start out as one of the following:

1. No mods; free speech absolutism. In this scenario, the right wins because the right biologically has way more debating energy than the left, the left leaves voluntarily, and the website becomes politically dead (DDO being an example).
2. There ARE mods; free speech gets restricted. It starts out with restricting the most far right ppl on the site, and the mods at the time think, "We will never restrict moderate voices". Then they decide to increase standards of what's ban worthy; then eventually, they end up targeting genuine moderates (me being the example). Conservatives depart the site involuntary due to their eventual ban. Eventually, I'd be unsurprised if Kohai gets banned because he is a Zionist (and many consider Zionism to be hate speech). I'm not going to empathize with his eventual ban because he is the prosecution for my ban.

In situation 1, the left leaves voluntarily. In situation 2, the right leaves involuntarily. Situation 1 seems more ethical. But many websites are situation 1 and many websites are situation 2. People debate to get the world to be within their ideology. Well, it turns out, as time progresses, way more people depart the democrat party and become republican/independent than vice versa. This is despite the GOP going further right and the US being more right wing in 2026 than 2016; the following issues the right has won on to the point where democrats don't like bringing up these issues anymore:

1. Roe
2. DEI
3. BLM
4. Trans

8. To the best of my knowledge, I never advocated for making the Age of Consent 0.
9. One of my posts that you use as evidence has, "What if" as a Rage Bait title according to the prosecution.

Where the prosecution and I have some common ground is I'm identitarian to a large extent (as we all are). I'll make my case without mentioning Women, Blacks, Jews, or any group like that.

In the US, it is illegal to drink alcohol if you're under 21. That's ageism; that's identitarian. The law discriminates against those who have being under 21 as part of their identity. Everyone agrees. I'm identitarian; so is everybody. Some are more identitarian than others. Race is largely based on geogorphy. The same is true for types of states (blue state, battleground state, red state). If you say, "Winning CA as a democrat is easy; winning TX as a democrat is hard", then that's an identitarian statement; the state is the identity. There was a time when I rejected identitarian mentality, then I watched these videos and it changed things:

These are very frequently viewed videos. I didn't agree with everything in the videos, but the parts I disagreed with I just ignored and continued to watch. Virtually zero comments were mocking the creator or any of the people involved with the video. And although I'm own my bias, I don't think this trial should have ever existed and I'm surprised it ever occurred to begin with.

I mean this in a genuine way, if my opinions are banworthy, then I fail to see how one can be genuinely socially conservative and be permitted to be on this site.

You should be legally required to pass the citizenship test to vote that immigrants have to go through to get to vote. Don't let people vote who don't care enough to pass the test on their own as an adult.

Hold the genders to the same standard. Should we care about rape victims (defined as claiming you're a rape victim enable you to get a mental break if you're correct)?
