It's not a gut read but she is sticking out as scum to me.reread her posts and see if she is scum hunting or just commenting on other people's analysis by randomly contradicting them in tiny ways to generate conversation and appear to be scum hunting.

She's pretty obviously scum here behaviorally. I'm pretty confident here and I think any experienced player who isolates her posts prior to this moment and reads them will also have a scum read on her.

If you can't follow my train of thought that's fine. I will try to elucidate it though.

In retrospect it calls more attention to him and threatens a mind kill.

We are dealing with States of mind and state of mind in the moment doesn't have that sort of retrospective.

The way I am imagining his mind working. "I said something scummy, so let me erase it before anyone notices"

Then maybe in the moment he thinks "if somebody noticed that post changed it sure looks scummy, so he issues a statement to acknowledge his actions"

This is a possible interpretation of his actions and his state of mind while performing those actions. I am also starting to consider a new train of thought though related.

Let's assume he's honest and he edited fluff. What's the point of editing fluff? Maybe he thinks that posting fluff makes him look scummy. Now he erases it, and while it is possible that town doesn't want to appear scummy I think it's more common for scum to be worried about that sort of thing.

Now there could be alternative explanations but Thoth hasn't shared his prior state of mind. He hasn't stated why he edited his post or why he even cares that it's a bit fluffy when half of us have posted fluff about the tensions in Iran.

Thoth does have a duty to give an explanation for these things that only he can know because only he has access to his state of mind, but he has merely just been dismissive of his own actions.

Stepping over a line but also I do think he is marginally more likely to do this as scum. I have had an urge to do it as scum in situations where I thought I could do it before anyone noticed just from not being careful with my words. What is he like 2/9 to be scum. That sort of thing may make him 3/9 to be scum in my opinion
