Why claim to be unrecruitable?
It fit with Sung Jin-Ah not being a Hunter, and I was trying to at least WIFOM it as something Mafia would not claim because they would want to be recruited. I was banking on neither of the guild leaders willing to use their recruit to test it, or, at least, buying me until tomorrow and letting me scout their guild chat if they did.
Were you given Jinwoo's sister as a fake claim?
Yes. Our fake-claims were Sung Jinah, Go Gunhee, and Sung Il-Hwan. Mikal didn't give us roles initially, but gave me Nurse because, according to him, he made a change while designing the setup and forgot to compensate with a better fake-claim.
Why the fake Jinwoo POE?
It seemed like a way to semi-verify my role if I was right. I was surprised that nobody bought my explanation that I had a Dreamer PoE because it would be too powerful to start knowing a third-party, but I was surprised that people were sussing my claim at all. Maybe I tried to do too much with it and would have been better off sticking to KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid).
Why put the people in it that you did? Alyssa, Rex, Helz?
I was reasonably confident in my gutread that Helz was most likely Jinwoo, and that it was probably Rex if not Helz. Also, I had said earlier that I had strong reason to believe that Helz was town, since I was already pretty sure he was Jinwoo and I was planning that I would, if needed, claim some ability that gave me information about who Jinwoo was. I added Alyssa because, by speculating that she might have a 'symmetrical' ability which gave her information that pointed to me being innocent, I hoped that I could justify my U-turn on her, since it was before it was implied that Jinwoo had turned into a winsteal.

Yeah, my scumslip lost us this game. Props to Mestari for catching it. I remembered Mag1c saying that Mestari was a fearkill target and misremembered him saying it in the Debatecraft server. I came up with the retarded Helz/Mestari mixup explanation because I was afraid that Mikal, DDO old head or not, might not have played at the same time as Mestari, and I wanted to get an explanation out ASAP when Mikal was offline. I should have assumed Mikal had at least heard of Mestari and said I asked him before the game.
Oh, btw, I knew from reading old games that Mikal doesn't post alignment flips until the next day. That's the power of archive binging.

Can I just say that I hope this game is the start of a new trend of higher activity levels and signup counts.
At first, I thought my ability existed to narrow down townies so I could trust Jinwoo once I found him.
After people suggested that Jinwoo could be the new 3P, I realized that my ability was probably meant to punish Jinwoo if he turned 3P.
I suspect that Jinwoo knew about my ability and that this was intended to balance the option of him going solo.
I don’t know what you mean by flavor being AI. You mean in general? Yes, there are usually theme splits in games on here, where at least the scum team share flavor.
I connected Jinwoo to being evil or neutral, specifically the 3P that Mikal implied existed, because other people said so.
All our role cards are probably AI, but in a different sense of AI.

There's not much information that points me towards anyone in my PoE. You seem behaviorally townie, Alyssa is beyond my reading comprehension, and Rex hasn't exactly been inactive, but we could have done with a higher word count from him. I'd pick Rex from those three, but that implies that Luna disagrees since Rex is his guild recruit.

I did, and I later came around to the view that what she said made even less sense as a pocket attempt or redirection to a mislynch target than it did as misguided town. I'd rank those three in towniness as Mag1c > Mestari > Alyssa.
Can you expand on the 3p thing? You talked about how Alyssa Rex and myself were in some kinda pool. Can you give more details to how that works and what you think about it?
I started the game with a list of 3 players (Alyssa, Helz, Rex) and was told that one of them was Jinwoo. Mikal said that anyone could show up in the list except for me and guild leaders. None of them stand out as super likely, but if I had to put numbers on it, I'd say 50% Rex, 30% Alyssa, 20% you.
