While it's not precisely known, what is estimated to be the percentage of the human genome that is physically expressed? This means it is actively transcribed into RNA, which is the single strand of our double-helix DNA molecule. An RNA single strand is that which is encoded in each ovum and sperm that contributes to the conception of each of us as a living being. That means every single ovum and perm we produce is not identical. I find moral epistemology to be a difficult philosophy to support considering that the ancient Greeks, for a period of time, thought and practiced that every crime committed deserved the death penalty as deterrent to any crime, yet crime continued to be committed. It is relatable to the current Democrat theory that banning guns will end death by gun, ignoring that a gun is just a tool that requires a human brain and hand to use the tool, and that, on its own, laying on a table, the gun will harm, let alone kill, no one. The same can be said for any tool that might be used as a handheld weapon. Are we going to ban spoons?

Without actually having a larger-caliber gun, the typical .22 or .38 caliber gun may actuary do less damage than a knife can, if death is not the resulting consequence. Of course, the larger caliber must also come with the smile of Jesus on one's face, according to "Dirty Hairy" [Clint Eastwood].

I do not agree that pagans and polytheists necessarily belong in the same group simply because, as a Christian, I worship God, the Father, the Son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, whom I believe are separate, distinct, and variable in function as Gods who are, weigh the exception of the Holy Spirit, are physical, perfect beings. The Holy Spirit is also perfect, just not a physical being.

Considering that a spoon can kill, used for that purpose, the problem is people, not the tool. The tool [gun or knife, or...] harms no one on its own. There must be a hand and a brain for use of any tool to cause harm.

Wrong. You are ignoring that the E.C. is a separate voting group than the public. There are 538 E.C. electors, and they all voted in 2024, and each vote counted equally. They are who directly elect a president, according to the Constitution, reference already noted, and which you may claim to have read, but do not get it, yet. Our vote by the public elects who those electors will be, State by State. That is also in the Constitution.

By contrast, there were, by election day of 2024, roughly 244M eligible voters. Of them, about 73.6% were registered to vote in the 2024 election, or about 180M. Of that 180M, only 152M voted for president in 2024, about 84%, higher than typical, but still representing only 62% of eligible voters. That is dsffinitively not equal, as you say, but, again, we, the voting public, do not directly vote for presidents, but for the electors, even though the candidate names are on the ballot.
