A Shining/Whiteflame world is theoretically possible, but then why does Whiteflame target Shining? It's not like scum Whiteflame has a reason to shove anything targeting him scum Shining's way. It's not like Shining was a high-priority cop target either.

So Shining, from a mechanical standpoint, is very towny imo

Because Shining is town, either Whiteflame was redirected, or there's a bud driver between Shining, and one member of the scum team.

Only thing I am saying is that if you don't have another reason to lynch casey other than "She could be scum" that argument also applies to me and bullish, makes no sense to being tunneling her as hard as you are and not considering the other options as well, or pushing nay sort of behavior reads.
