seems I’m outnumbered here on kohai. my one request is that we honor the potential of him being town at least and push for anything from ultra. Bcuz if ultra ends up being scum and we mislynch kohai here it’s just extra salt in te wound if we let him go by without saying things.

2) anytime I've seen speech restrictions as a modifier. Its do x or die. His is. Try to do x and I may or may not kill you. I've never seen that modifier like that. Anyone can attest to that who's been in games with speech modifiers
have u ever seen kohai make a claim like this as scum? it jus seems like a lot of effort to not accomplish anything. it’s not like most ppl are widely town reading him for it. i just don’t see the strategy as scum here and he does seem like a good mislynch for scum to pursue

It seems very odd to not have a theme split. Luna typically runs them and if you can point to a game where he has not had one then ill entertain it more.
bo burnham and villainous villains both had no theme split but they were older ones.
