Just as with Max, the sudden claim from Supa makes me suspicious because only scum would not fear anticlaim, so claiming suddenly DP1 (especially after protesting it) is just overall sus to me. It's like he calculated that he could get more town cred for claiming, it doesn't feel genuine. I also feel like if you're going to throw a fit to stave off the night kill as town why not do it without claiming? I'm leaning more towards a desperate reaction like in that one game you linked. I don't know whether it's an act or not. My gut says not but that example you gave has been undermining that.

This is a great point I hadn’t thought of. Max just outright claimed albeit with a confirmable. Supa doing a complete 180 makes no sense. He was aware of the anti claim. Even talked about it. Going to iso him real quick

I honestly think it is. He’s done this before in a previous game. I don’t have time to dig it up right now. The only thing holding me up is the claim and the role.

My other scum read is Awesome. Like I said, his role doesn’t add up, and it can be a scum role too. From a balance perspective it makes sense to give it to scum too. I would’ve liked his character to determine justification, but his utility alive is pretty much non-existent from where I’m sitting at. I trust you as one of my top town reads, so I don’t know if I’m ready to pull the trigger yet.

It’s also the fact I layer out pretty decent logic for Pie being scum later on after thinking about it but it just gets avoided all together

It’s a direct counter to Max’s claimed role. Makes sense for scum to have something like what Awesome is claiming. Also note that he said he could enable/disable the ability, but if he died it would be perma disabled.

I agree with unsaid, and am surprised people are over-looking supa. Lazy reads are one thing, but he is just typing to type. Also notice how he's been so against this "POE list" the whole game but then his town reads almost copy it verbatim, and he hops onto the awesome wagon. Makes me think awesome is a viable mislynch for scum. I am willing to lynch vader over whiteflame and awesome, with how busy vader keeps claiming to be he will likely hold up night phases anyway, and his reads haven't been heavy hitting this game. I know he's capable of more and I feel like when he is town its a lot more obvious. I am not seeing that from him.
