-Pie was the most impactful on the mech side. Solid actions that shifted the game substantially. Even with the hard run of town getting scum after scum the game could have very easily and quickly been lost if not for their choice of actions. (also why I agree the game was scum sided for balance)

I’ve always said that mechanics/role analysis/justifications are my strong suit. The devil’s always in the details. My behavioral analysis is weaker, which is where if Luna and I are both town, we complement each other. Worked out really well this guy. I was proud of my DP1 behavioral Banana read tho lol

We also caught Banana because of Pie's jailkeep, and Pie turtling on the last NP would probably have caught Mag1c as well.

I definitely give Mestari credit for the catch, but Pie was pretty instrumental in the win.

I wish the NK were an ahead of a jailkeep in order of operations this game. Since night actions fail when you die, that means the NK has a roleblock built in. Important bc if you balance you games around NKs having RBs built in, you’re gonna give town one extra power. At which point situations where the NK isn’t the ultimate shutdown should be avoided. 

Nah, RBs have always blocked NKs and should process before NKs

I guess how the NP3 kill got blocked is fine. But say, if I had killed Pie while he jail kept me, my kill should’ve gone through with how Mikal treats NKs. The scenario never happened but Mikal confirmed the kill would fail there.

Good job town! My reads were shit this game so it's good that scum screwed themselves over, and that the rest of the town played well overall. Banana and Magic played very well imo after their teammates got ejected, they just got PoE'd hard mechanically.

Why does Mag1c's power say "your action failed" if aimed at the other guild anyway? Shouldn't it just always return false results?

Also, Banana/Kohai makes sense for for a team with Thoth/Alyssa. It explains the shitty claims and everything. Explains Kohai’s immediate claim, which prob took one of the fake roles.

If Banana flips scum and Kohai flips town, I would take a hard look at Mestari.
