So I am thinking the other scum is someone relatively new or not the best. Because strengthener is generally a horrible fake claim, I doubt whiteflame would sign off on that, plus he hammered. Could be a bus, but it hurts to lose a team mate that early, I don't know if he would risk that.

The Martyr claim is interesting from wylted, but the claim really defeats the purpose of the role, and I don't really see why he claimed at all. I will give him some slight town cred for trying to push kohai and he wasn't the last or even second to last person to vote him, which also looks good. Still am opened minded.

That leaves Banana, wryly and thoth.

I think both should claim at this point. With us catching one of (probably) two scum, we can afford some more claims I think.

Still catching up on the game and putting that claim list together. But I don't want to blow anything out of porportion yet, I am making assumptions about what would or should be balanced, when in reality I have no clue how savant would mod. I think I played in like one of his games only, and I don't remember it. I do remember mikal also saying that savant didn't do a great job balancing the last game he hosted as well. I don't remember the context or the why of that, so it's something I need to take into consideration here, but I have a role that conflicts with his in a way.

I am inclined to believe the claim, the justification seems to fit, and your characters name is in the name of the series. Also restless spirit is a role I could see savant putting in, thats one of those "dart specific" roles I think would be unusual to fake claim for you since you are not from DART. I suppose the mod could have provided you with a fake claim, or your scum partner helped you but I buy it for now.

Full claim: I am the strengthener. I can target a player each night and make them immune to rolestopping actions. Justification is because I’m completely unshakable and willing to do anything necessary for the cause.

Some players get abusive towards people who pony up fluff posts. For more information, Google "fluffy pony abuse"

My only problem with fluff is depending on the person who uses it. For example, Rex in the last game was fluff posting a lot, and didn't seem to have a lot of solid takes, was around but also inactive during key moments, but pretending he wasn't, etc. Was giving me Terraria vibes. But my point is fluff isn't a bad thing, if there is some genuine effort to play the game, it's only if your only fluff posting and not scum hunting that I start to get suspicious.

I've watched the whole series for Andor, big fan of what they did with it, some of the best Star Wars content I've seen... ever.

This one has been on my list for a while, I've only heard great things.

As for softing, I'm a bit hesitant to do it this game. There is a pretty discrete set of likely characters in this game, and while that set is more than 7, it's not a lot more. I don't think B2's in here (though, spoiler alert I guess, B2 does come into the story by the end of the series) and I think the male/female split is probably the best way to go if we are softing, I'm just concerned about drawing attention to a couple of major characters.

Agreed with the hesitancy here. Knowing this player pool probably best we don't do it, I am assuming many claims will work themselves whether we like it or not dp1, might as well limit the mafias POE. Though tbh your really the only person here I think capable of megabraining the theme split as scum... And there's no way you are scum a third time in a row... No way... Right? RIGHT?! Also I understood your frustration and was fighting for you, so it was a little frustrating you punished the WHOLE town because of a few people. It wasn't neccesary and I would have just told pie to shut up or ignore him after a certain point. I didn't say you voted him "because" of the CC debacle, just that you voted him "after" it, meaning I thought you were taking advantage of a mislynch. Regardless, I double checked and yeah it looks like he claimed after you voted him. However you still never unvoted after any of that and then made your little joke after it was kind of clear that we had made a mistake and mislynched based on mharmans fuck up.

I suppose lurking is part of it, but it's not really the lurking, its the obvious lack of contribution combined with convienent votes. You are always here an opertune time to make some silly little comment but don't seem that eager in creating pressure and or making things happen. And you, as a more experienced player, get less of an excuse for that than anyone. That said I am opened minded and if you are genuinely just busy, thats one thing, but I would like to see a consistent effort from you before I can determine that you are town personally.
