I feel like Banana's hard push against the Helz lynch yesterday could be TMI. Like she couldn't point to why she thought he was town in a convincing way that made sense to me, just that we should switch to Shining. If Shining flips town I think we should take a thorough look at her.

Who mentioned this? Was it Helz? He doesn't want to reveal his ridiculous semi-protective role that he couldn't use until like NP6 anyway but he thinks this is something everyone should know?

The long and short of it is that Wryly told our guild chat that she was the cop. I told them I had a role which randomized all investigative results of anyone who targets me. We suspect that this information was leaked as Wryly got a guilty on Pie, who was then confirmed town. Previously, Wryly had gotten an innocent on Alyssa. The acting assumption was that mafia has a bus driver or a framer/lawyer/redirector joat combo thingy. Alyssa was the obvious investigation target NP1. Pie was not the obvious target NP2. So, someone must have leaked the target to the scum team to have them create the false guilty result. That person must be Helz.

If I thought there was a strong argument to lynch Pie, I'd be pushing him. Im obviously saying that because those three players lack good arguments for being scum, we should lynch Helz.

Just got back from a long day. Need to go to bed early and get up for the gym, then will be more free for the rest of the week. I am NOT down to lynch Shining today. You all pressured and argued and made a very good arguments that there was a leaker in our guild. We outed Pie, his guildmate, Wryly's role, and my role to reach our best approximation of who that is, basically exposing most of the guilds to flush this person out. Unless someone has a really good argument that I am scum, Wryly is scum, or Pie is scum, I am lynching nobody else. If you wanted to lynch Shining, you should have fucking done it before I outed all this information.

Still on the road just got caught up. This roleclaim isn't doing it for me. We already have a cop, a motion detector, and a doctor. Seems superfluous and overcomplicated, and not a role I would accept a guild invite with. I mean, you need an NP with a night action to set up the possibility of a night action next NP. Why join a guild which will be sacrificing your night actions when you are a SoloLeveling character who doesn't need a guild to act?

Also, does anyone else get the haunting feeling that this is an overly fancy fakeclaim that was lovingly crafted by Thoth in the scum chat?

I'm going to crosspost this. I've got to get to bed and will be busy tomorrow, I already just spent hours splitting firewood. From my perspective it was either you or Wryly. I think the chance of the remaining scum predicting Alyssa to fuck around with is pretty high, but picking Pie as the second target would be pretty rare, especially since he was in hardly anyone's scum reads. I tried to make the scum case for both of you to myself. I could see lying from Wryly's perspective - she could have killed Luna, banked on Pie being mislynched, but then what? NK me? You might start flapping your gums in the next DP. Lynch me the next DP and kill you? I could have squeeled and blown that plan up. The play didn't make as much sense for her. Given my role it makes much more sense that there was a busdriver/redirect at play who had intel on who we would target and who was in our guild.

Then there's the playstyle. Could I see you thinking you could pull this off? 100%. Could I see you jiving with Thoth's fancyplay fuckery at first? 100%. I think after those two back to back lynches Wryly would be stressed out and not cool and collected enough to run a long con, especially since she has little experience playing scum. If I'm wrong, major props to her for playing an excellent scum game. I asked Mikal and agonized about her phrasing of how he told her there might be issues with her results, poking and prodding as to whether he would say that and didn't reach 100% conclusive results - but it was shady. I took issue with her continually pushing the idea of Thoth's flip being tailored, thinking it might have been an attempt to derail the Alyssa lynch, but that it was also believable as paranoia. But at the end of the day the long-term plan just didn't make sense from her perspective. If you have a case that she's scum that I haven't considered make it, but otherwise either you are scum or scum pulled a pretty incredibly call in perfectly predicting the investigation target.
