Again, for some people this is true. For others, not so much. Your own zoomer brain that must need new stimulus is not a monolithic standard for everyone, as is true for dusty unc brain that says "new is always bad".
There is actually no person who thinks "new is always bad". Even old people do new things from time to time. It's the "new" which creates excitement and happiness. Doing same thing over and over means no excitement, and is a quite straight path to depression. So yes, as a universal expert in psychology and a long term patient too, I speak with full authority on this issue.
