By “condemn” I mean telling someone “You are going to Hell.”

People who live in selfish, cruel ways, often end up alone and in pain on Earth, never mind the afterlife.

Those who bully are often isolated and alone, if not bullied themselves in turn, should they 'lose power.

Lot of selfish behavior ends up self harmful,

Lot of behavior becomes difficult to 'break, the longer and deeper one digs the groove of that behavior.

End up with self destructive lifestyles, estranged from any friends or family.

Hard to change, and then one feels 'stuck in a Hell.

Hell is a lot worse than all of that because on this Earth the concept of redemption is still present no matter the situation. In Hell, it is eternal pain and suffering without end.

When you read the scripture, you learn what God actually established for the faith and it wasn't called the christianity faith or even Christian faith. But people come along and invent labels and classifications and conflate things and coin things as what they did at Antioch.

Okay, this is what I thought you were going to bring up. Your thought process is: because the linguistic term came after the concept that the term is based on, that somehow yields a flaw or a problem. I disagree in the case of Christianity. Look at what Christianity is and explain why the definition disagrees with the Bible.

Christianity is an invention of man.

How is Christianity an invention of man and not caused by God?

Skipper

I'm not sure what you meant by “According to the scripture, God didn't even invent or call anyone to be christian or didn't call any a christian.”

God calls us to follow Him. What is a Christian? Oh, a follower of God. If you're saying the above because the word “Christian” isn't used in the Bible you are wasting people's time. Look at what "Christian" means.

"Christianity did not come from God ."

Yeah, it did. He is the cause for it.

"Tag me directly of course. Don't shy away like others do."

You haven't replied to my post I tagged you in on the other thread. Lol

Yes, we can. When tagged, you should get a badge by your pfp top right corner click on pfp > notifications and you will see who tagged you. The notif does not provide a link to the convo u got tagged for yet, and u have to do some hunting for where the tag is in the forums because the only info u get for location is that the tag is somewhere, anywhere, in the forums

I guess God was X x and X y, since their made in its image.

You are conforming God to you worldly understanding of gender. Gender was instituted by God. That does not mean he is all genders somehow. Although, we reference God as He/Him because He is a personable being and has a relationship with us.

Being that we're talking about biblical context, what do you say morality is?

The Oxford American Dictionary does fine as to define morality, but with respect to Biblical context morality is an extension of God's nature established into reality to distinguish standards of good and evil.

The scriptures talk about what God is but never puts it as moral. Morality is more of mankind's concept of good and bad .

What you're saying is the Scriptures never define God as moral. If you look at what moral means it suits God's nature. If you're saying the Bible never literally says something similar to “God is moral” then I think the next step is to look at the def. of “moral” and see how it applies to God.

Regarding second sentence, morality is a concept given to mankind by God

Just like religion, morality required a human to invent it.

That is interesting point. Did morality exist before Adam and Eve existed? Would the lower animals have some moral code established in them? Fro the second question, I don't think so. God gave the breath of life into humans only, and they/us alone carry the responsibility of morals.

For first question, I do believe morality existed before humans. We became the vessel to act on God's moral standards that pre-existed us. Evil existed before we sinned as shown by the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil being present in the Eden story
