The problem is if one of those 3 is a 3p this makes it incredibly unfair and nearly impossible for the 3p to win.
Which could easily be built into the game as punishment for Jinwoo becoming a winsteal 3P. #926 at least implies that Jinwoo chose to change his wincon after starting as Town.

Except that it's not dubious. Isn't a Hunter = can't be recruited. Backup doctor = wants to be a healer (magical or not) and will become one someday. Close to her brother = has a shortlist of who he could be (which, if Jinwoo is winsteal 3P, would be broken as more specific than a Dreamer PoE). Just because you could dream up roles with tighter justifications doesn't mean these are stupid. And yeah, it's a mismash of utility roles, were you expecting a muggle to have a game-defining limit break?

I said in #1193 that I was a backup for a role without specifying which, and in #752 that one of my abilities was kind of confirmable, under the impression that Jinwoo would claim at some point, hopefully after I claimed my list. If I've acted towards outing anyone, it's only been because of the pressure you put on me combined with self-preservation.
This all proves what I said in #445 about how y'all wouldn't stop at a character claim.

Also I’d say in all the times I’ve seen an informed town role I have never seen it come with a list of names. The only time I’ve ever seen it come with a name is to confirm that person is aligned with town. Not giving a 3 narrow list of people who may be a particular character

It’s been widely hinted at and discussed that Jin woo is likely third party and seems to not want to win with town. This is information you should have revealed hours ago if true.
I'm still reading through the last few pages I missed throughout the day because I've been going back and forth between this game and housework. If Jinwoo is actually anti-town 3P, my ability makes more sense, not less.
It's really hard for me to not mold all my reads as people who believe me are town and people questioning my claim other than Lunatic are scum. I'm trying to be objective and say, well, maybe town actually does not buy my claim.

When it wouldn't help scum too much (yeah, I did ask Alyssa earlier if she was Jinwoo, but that was a special case). And having two abilities makes sense when they balance me being unrecruitable and they aren't guaranteed to be that good by themselves. There's no a priori reason to believe that I would get a single use of the Doctor ability or that Jinwoo wouldn't have claimed by the time I could identify them.

Alyssa's defense of me is inexplicable as far as I can see. I know I'm town, but if I were her scummate, we would never tie ourselves together so haphazardly. If she's scum and I am town, why would she try to pocket me so blatantly? Maybe because she knew that I'm town and wanted to shift to another mislynch target, which implies that she has information about someone's role and wants them gone. If she's town, why did she feel the need to come to my defense? Possibly she had information that I'm innocent. I'm slightly leaning to the last option now per Occam's razor, but I don't see a strong case for any.
I think it is far-fetched that I wouldn't have thought of that, but people do make mistakes. The Helz/Mestari mixup proves that. But you would also have to believe that ThothScummate!Alyssa defended me with a different explanation than I had already given, which would speak to a complete lack of coordination in scum chat that doesn't fit with how active and invested in the game we have both been. I'm starting to believe it wasn't even a pocket attempt because I can't see scum!Alyssa trying to pocket me that incautiously either.

I'd just like to point out that this is very similar to the fake-claim that Magoroth and Wryly came up with in the DebateCraft Players scum chat, where Kohai was spectating after he was lynched, although I'm reluctant to buy that even Kohai would WIFOM that.
Think about it like this. The textbook example of WIFOM is that a suspect is running from a cop when they get the choice of going down the left alley or the right alley. One alley gives the suspect a 1/3 chance of escaping even if the cop follows them, while the other, darker alley gives them a 1/2 chance. Knowing that the cop knows the same information they do, can't see their choice, and can only go down one alley, which way should the suspect run? This is a legitimate dilemma.
If the darker alley gives a 99% chance of escaping even if the cop follows them, the suspect is always going to go down the darker alley. You're basically suggesting that I went for the brighter alley when I would have had a nearly guaranteed getaway by saying Mikal told me so. I do WIFOM, but I don't do WIFOM for the sake of WIFOM.
