But do you get why I felt that I should obstinate about full-claiming? I figured that knowing there was an Apportioner could give scum opportunities to concoct bullshit about what happened last night. I did not have any specific scenarios in mind, but I thought about it and seemed like something I should reveal when it could let town infer something important.

But we don't know they're scum, and Kohai isn't claiming to be "adult" xenomorphs, just xenomorphs. And would Lunatic really give you a clue to the theme split like that?
I'm thinking that scum are two specific adult Xenomorphs. You mentioned earlier that there are individual Xenomorphs that could plausibly be characters. Then there could also be Xenomorphs that are town.
In addition to how does it work against xenomorphs, how does it implicate Kohai?
Does this really need explaining? My role ability is delaying the night-kill. The flavor implies that an adult Xenomorph is performing the night kill. Therefore, an adult Xenomorph is likely scum.

Also, does it specify the adult stage in the Xenomorph life cycle? That would not contradict Facehugger being in the game, any more than having Squirtle means you can’t have Blastoise (I know how to reach late millennials and early zoomers.)

I don't want to full-claim because knowing my role could give scum opportunities they should not have. Yeah, I know how scummy that sounds, but in this case it's true. It's not that the Facehuggers are going against the interests of the Xenomorphs, exactly. I know that could have been worded better, but I wasn't sure how. Let me try again.
My justification is that the facehugger interacts with another stage of the xenomorph life cycle in a certain way that causes a certain effect, and, assuming that Xenomorphs in this stage are scum, this effect goes against their interests.

I'm not suggesting that we should definitely do this because it might come at the risk of giving away too much information, but, for the sake of modpsyche, I'd be interested in seeing people claim how hard it would be to figure out their role from their character. If all y'all threw every dart you could think of at the target for days, one of you might get my role and justification eventually. Not to say it's a stupid justification, just that I don't think it's obvious a priori.
In his defense, Lunatic said the theme split was not obvious. There's no way in hell that it's humans vs xenos.
I was thinking that Mikal might be the chestburster. It would fit with facehugger and I think the chestburster is a shoe-in since the chestburster scene is probably the most famous part of the movie.
