Which part? The trigger word concept, or something else?

Mostly the day phase continuation aspects of having to get night actions sent in advance, really speeds things up and keeps players on their toes more. But I also like the trigger word concept. If mafia would have been able to spend more time on trying to get town to say certain things it could have been quite interesting. I'd like to see this tried again in some fashion, whether its scum trying to get town to say a certain thing, or a town role where if they get someone to say something specific it role/affiliation confirms that player etc. It has some very cool and fun applications if used creatively.

I really like this concept. In this case mafia got a bit unlucky and an argument might be able to be made for scum balance, but I like a lot of the mechanics of this game, and hope to see it used again.

Well I was hoping I could wait until tomorrow to post anything at all, but then I read my role and I don't have a choice but to claim right away, assuming this is still SOp, which it should be regardless of whatever new metas the kids are pushing these days.

I know nothing about this theme so I will do my best to paraphrase this justification:

I am the treasurer of the Toran Liberation army...I served under some emperor and later became a founding member of a rebellion. However, I am still loyal to the emperor.

Due to my loyalty I can't be recruited...

However due to my cover position all but the emperor think I'm a rebel and therefore I am the Miller.

So I am the miller and also immune to a recruitment game mechanic... so that's nifty.

Anyways, just wanted to get that out of the way, and now I'll peruse the DP quickly, and then likely go to bed and post again tomorrow evening.

1) Max is town lock. I know this because of the time he posted in the first DP. It was 6:00 clock and he gets back from his gfs around 6:00 most Sundays. He does not have access to debate craft on his phone and can't log in or post on discord. So he would not have seen anything and he would not have time to come up with a fake claim that fast. Add into that his behavioral tells, I've known him for years and now he is confirming exactly what david told me about role blocks. No one will be informed they are role blocked. Which is retarted and why I was annoyed at the start of the DP. Anyway. I will die on the Max is town hill and im considering him locked and if im wrong then ill eat it. But nothing is changing my mind on this.

I'm just going to point out that I don't care for this type of IRL analysis. Mike and I talk regularly, so he knows my schedule etc, and I'm not going to disagree with the validity of this, nor will I push back against it (there are details that aren't exactly accurate, but the conclusion is accurate enough), since it is a case arguing I'm town, which I am, but I still don't care for it since its outside of the game directly - just like the mod psych/error analysis which I also don't like... Anyways, just wanted to point that out.

Otherwise the case against Awesome by Mikal at this point is compelling, certainly more compelling than the rando wagon I started last DP that got derailed.

I'll point out also that Whiteflame makes a good argument why he isn't Awesome's scum buddy. I'm going to give more thought to whom the 2nd scum might be and get back to ya'll later.

Awesome is a player I don't know, and have no read on - that makes him potentially dangerous so...

I will likely not post at all tomorrow since I'm gona be busy all day and the DP ends at 5pm. So just in case my fellow townies bandwagon retroactively onto an Awesome vote for lack of a better choice, I'm just going to start there I guess... I suppose I could be convinced to plop my vote somewhere else in the next hour perhaps, but in the meantime...
