I am in a private PM with Whiteflame. One of us is an odd night mason recruiter (Rex calls it a Neighborizer), even night avoider, with a passive of prideful. One of us is an Odd doctor/Even bodyguard with a commuter passive. I am going to keep it ambiguous for the time being to keep the mafia guessing about which of us is which. 

Our characters are:

Consort Shun: Su Luyun

Concubine Yu: Keliyete Hailan

Interesting. Whoever has the protective roles is more likely to be town imo. If WF is the protective, then WF/Luna are solid from a role and behavioral perspective. If we take Wylted and Shining as town, that leaves exactly Wryly, Awesome/Kohai, and Banana. At worse a 66% chance of catching scum. At best, the game is over.

Lunatic might be scum, but so far, I think hes been scumhunting. I would like a full claim from either Pie, WF or Banana

I hinted to this in DP2, but I Strengthened WF. He has a scumtell which he didn’t do in DP1, so I townread him going into the night

Literally the only anti-Town role thus far has been Wylted’s Miller claim. What is going on. Town is already ridiculously overpowered with all these roles, and seemingly at least half these people had enough favour to carry out their night action.

I find this sus. At least one of those claims is a lie.

The most obvious pairing is Wylted/Shining. A 2 team scum team with a third vote and rock solid fake claims.

Outside of that, the only thing going for Wryly is the similarity to your disability. There is basically a CC there too with Shining. I think she is definitely in POE, much more so than Shining/Wylted.

If REF gave Cop and Miller as fake claims to scum, I’m just gonna be like it is what it is and move on with my life, cause like I would genuinely have no words

But if he claimed redirector/bomb/ bulletproof I’m like 90% sure he would have been lynched anyway with a role like that lol

I’m not sure you realise, but Thoth flipped Town. EVERYONE had all day to suggest alternatives and nobody did, except for Awesome/Kohai who is probably Town...

They have done literally nothing this game. Why are they town? Pie, who has posted more is nuller than it’s possible to null

The issue of me and Shining's similar passives remains unresolved, as does the wacky Poisoner that visits one person while poisoning another. I can only assume "Shadow Poisoner" is some custom shit that visits several people but only poisons one. I wonder if it's justified because of some poison-themed deception madness in the show. 

Or it’s just pure flavor and it means nothing. Or Mago/Luna are a scum team. There’s like so many what ifs, which is why I dislike custom roles in general. It’s hard for both sides to work around them.

Pie - I haven't been on the same page with many of his reads, though I ended up coming to a different conclusion about those than Luna, especially given he's continued to be adamant about Shining and Magoroth past the point where it was any kind of simple task to get them lynched. I'm balancing that against a surprisingly accepting response to Wylted's Miller claim and a relatively low amount of activity, which could be driven by him just being busy. I don't think he's done anything particularly scummy, he's just kind of off to me. Null.

Genuinely, I wake up, work, go home, eat, and work some more, and sleep. Same thing for the past week with no break. There’s just a million things to do cause we had a layoff and I’m not trying to lose my job in this shitty market

I should probably remind myself that I have no reason mechanically to townread Lunatic, but behaviorally he is reading as muy bueno.

Also, I know I just said Wylted is Town, but him saying “no no protectives on a Miller” is sus. It’s LAMIST and also weird. Town should ALWAYS be okay with doctors/bodyguards/whatever on them, unless they are not Town and just saying it because “look how towny I am, I am Miller, go heal a Cop you idiot!"

If Wylted is scum, why in a million years would he say to not target him. Having a protective role target him as scum would be a wet dream

Pie has had no claims and his play feels a lot different than his normal town style, IE not pressuring the miller very hard at all like he normally does, almost seeming to buy it immediately. He's largely focused on pressuring people he probably assumes are "easy lynch targets", you, shining, magoroth. Not that is reasoning is really bad, but I do find it strange that he doesn't seem to be focusing on other people, say Banana, Thoth, whiteflame, myself etc. He has barely said anything about these people. I know pie has been a lot busier at work so I am trying to take that into account as well, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't notice a difference in his play this game.

I agree that my behavior is unlike other games I was town, but it’s just due to the sheer amount of work I have. This is WIFOM but as scum, I would ensure my behavior does not deviate from my town meta

You aren't going to specify the scumtell? I said something like this in Heartbreaking Chicago Bears Moments, where I was town and whiteflame turned out to be scum, and Mag1c demanded that I reveal my secrets lest games devolve into "orange sus".

Vader can appoint a new Empress if I die, so its not some massive loss. Additionally, its not like I dropped dead providing zero value to town. You have the role cop on Mago and the existence of a Shadow Poisoner to work with

Yes he can, but he has to appoint a Townie. The double vote can make scum win sooner than they normally would. You definitely did your part on Mago.

This isn’t a one man show. I need 5 other people. A try to scumhunt in the meantime

Any reason you didn't hit wylted as hard with your normal miller suspicion policy? Outside of positing that it could be a potential fake claim, and asking for a character and justification (that we never got and you never really pushed for) you seemed more or less okay with the miller claim this go around. 

Two things:

1) I’ve genuinely been busy at work, otherwise I would’ve put more pressure in that area

2) Mago was so scummy it hurt. I put whatever activity I had into that lynch.

What are your thoughts and reads on the following players:

Banana, Thoth, Whiteflame?

Banana: She’s done the bare minimum basically. Not much to read about her. Part of POE right now for sure

Thoth: He’s null too. Not many posts. The posts he does have are mainly fluff, which is usually a scum read for me, but I think I’ve been burned on that before with him.

Whiteflame: Gut says he’s town read. He has a scumtell that I picked up on in a previous game. He had the opportunity to do the tell, but he didn’t, so that’s also a plus for him

What do you think you have done as town this game that should set you apart as exceptionally townie, or more townie than others?

Honestly, I’ve been struggling to even keep up. I’ve been so busy at work cause of my new role. I’ve been working basically 7 days a week. But to answer your question, compared to some other people I’ve been more active, been analyzing interactions and motives as much as I can. I think the POE has put us in a really good spot

If she is scum why do you think she would claim that AFTER shining already claimed it then? Obviously her intention isn't to CC him or she would be pressuring him

Wym? He claimed Role Cop and is outted as Empress. And she did pressure him. Until he outted that he was the Cop as well and then she backed off immediately

When does it ever? If I live the natural instinct for everyone is that Pie is scum. It’s annoying af

The thing is, why would a scum!wryly cc me like that? If they managedl to secure a mislynch on me, that just placed wryly in a nad spot and mafia will always lose a 1 for 1 trade. Its mind-boggling and I feel like we are missing something important that no one seems to care about.

If there’s 3 scum, sacrificing one to eliminate the Cop and Empress in one fell swoop makes sense tactically. Not to mention that you’re basically confirmed unless the scum team is exactly you + wylted + maybe one more.

Unfortunately at the moment fine dining for the most powerful people in the country. It's hard to transition to tech in this area so I need to move. Also I am not cut out for fine dining. I thought I applied for a normal cook job but now I am doing fancy shit

I don't think poisoning Mago was a bad move from scum, actually it was lowkey big brained.

Here’s the issue. Shining says the Poisoner visited him. Mago is saying the Poisoner visited him. If both are town, we’re missing a very important piece of puzzle.

Strangely no one has claimed a character with any of the roles so far except for Magoroth.

Theme analysis is tough, but we haven’t had justification analysis either
