There’s an extremely cheesy strategy here that would kinda break the game. Mass character and role claim to prevent the scum from asking for a role or character claim!
Then they just pretend to be inactive until they make their decision lol. For this to work we would have to be aggressive and fast with a popcorn style claim and everyone would need to be on. That's assuming even half the players know the game is up yet. Its the middle of a work week so chances aren't too good there.

Good reads, but there's a big difference between (1) having both scum in your PoE and (2) destroying both of them with your night actions and getting town to lynch one
I had a passive role, so number one is out of my control, but honestly catching scum without role help should be an even better feat lol. Also I had town read pie pretty early where many were suspecting him. But alright lol
Second place is Rex. I can't imagine I would have left Caroler unclaimed, but getting that Carol to Shining cleaned things up for town, not that I think there's any way scum could have won after the Wryly mislynch and Pie blocking Magoroth.
I dont think anyone actually seriously scum read shining at that point, or he wasn't really a viable lynch. Poe was kind of rex or mago though at that point, and your comment from dp1 OP already was making rex look good.
