Wryly/mago or wryly/rex, idk about ref based on the minor character thing but mago has the worst justification for his role and I don’t really like the role with a roleblocker, ascetic add a bomb its just chaos. Also both mago and Rex have been supportive of her so I can see either being her scum partner by association.

Yeah this is basically the same logic I already pointed out earlier. My brain can’t think of a way this makes sense unless we buy into the third party theory, but I just don’t know why that would be more believable then… wryly just being scum. You’d have to buy into a lot of wifom to think wryly is town here. Idk if she is town I’m gonna feel like a real prick, especially after she didn’t lynch me for wifom in lylo last game. But my brain just can’t wrap my head around the third party thing

At the end of the day we still have no caroler claim and to buy all that wifom relies on us buying a third party conspiracy over a classic “looks like scum made a mistake” which does happen literally all the time.
If roles are reversed here what do you make of this situation, how do you treat it? You’re making great arguments and if your town I honestly feel bad for you but you have to understand the position you are in based on the circumstances. Your asking me to buy “I would never do this that and the other thing” over “scum made an oopsie poopsie” and I haven’t seen enough of your scum games to necessarily buy all of that wifom yet. Or you claimed the carol results before talking to your partner, or your partner dropped the ball and forgot they were supposed to claim caroler, or you didn’t account for a mass claim and hoped people would lynch within the results before ever claiming, I mean you likely would have only needed two more mislynches and the results account for three. Multiple possibilities that make more sense than a 3rd party maybe existing and taking a Hail Mary play to take out a town player instead of getting free town cred.

Yall are placing way too much stock in this third party theory. Like sure it’s possible but it seems more likely that she just scum slipped imo. It happens. She’s not a bad player or anything, mistakes happen. Maybe her partner was supposed to claim it and forgot or they weren’t in to coordinate during the mass claim. Who knows. I feel like this would result in a lynch on basically anyone else this happened too though. If she’s town then we can lynch in those carol results but we should have a lot more POE going into next day phase as well as results and confirmables anyway. This is a pretty safe lynch imo

I'm wylted, as my wylted-esque posts should indicate to you. Due to my trigger-happy playing style, I am the 1x Dirty Bomb. If I'm targeted for the NK I take the scum down with me, but I also kill anyone else they may have visited that night.
This role could horribly backfire and if you were town you should have claimed this night one. Also even if this was legit you didn’t play it optimally, didn’t hint that you were a power role to try to bait a night kill, what incentive did mafia ever have to try and kill you? Also this role kind of conflicts with the ascetic, that’s two unvisitable roles for mafia to play around definitely a conflict

Why wouldn’t third party just claim Carole’s then and get free town confirmed? Third parties goal is usually to survive not to randomly decide they want to just take out one team lol

Well we don't even know the theme split, but even under this logic, he's at best third party which wryly confirmed she couldn't get on her results if you don't think she is scum and lying.. I doubt a third party with 9 player assuming there is 2 scum, but if there is, balance is whackadoodle. Either way I'd prefer to hunt scum over a "maybe" third party anyways.
