The mod merely confirms whether the role exists in the game or not, and if it does I would be seen visiting them, if not I would stay put.

Justification is that people ask me questions over intercom and I answer, so I can basically ask if a character is actually in the game and will then visit that character if it does.

I am an odd sort of role cop. I can confirm whether a role actually exists in the game, but I have to visit to do so. I can only use it on even nights, and since our protective role is dead and I'm widely town read I guess I will just show up dead next DP. I hope whatever you guys can squeeze out of this mass claim is worth being able to confirm whether one player is fake claiming or not.

Main argument is this: what scum team, after getting an incredibly powerful role that can recruit a player says 'hmm, let's go with the inactive guy with an unknown role who hates playing as scum over the active, townread players and claimed power roles like vengeful'. What sane scum team would pick him over you, or pie, or even me? Would Casey? I don't think so.

Why? He was scum in the last two games he played and was not happy about it. In one he was my scummate.

Does anyone here really hate Supa? Cause an incredible amount of spite would be the only thing motivating a competent scum team to use a Yakuza on him. He hates playing as scum. If he is scum in this game he rolled it from the getgo.

Yeah if you've got results report them obviously but I fail to see any town utility in me outing my role when I did nothing last night, and I think it's very scummy that Mikal is fishing for it. How on earth could that 'info' help town at all? I did nothing, I interacted with nobody. All it does is help scum find good targets and narrow down the power roles.

Why not just reveal your character and who you targetted?

I can't will be in meetings most of today but I already locked in my soft claim and my role is bizarre enough that I won't be ccing anyone.

Also, two more points. One of the original scum team is dead. So if they have been provided with even a single fake claim, this mass full claim is pointless.

Secondly, we lynched our protective role DP1, so putting all this information out there is especially nuts when we have no way to protect power roles.

And yeah, this is one game where I get the need to full claim.

Why? The existence of a recruiter makes it completely insane. For one scum, affiliation is 100% disassociated from role. All a mass full claim will do is let them know exactly who to target to pick off whatever investigative roles could help us to find them.

I mean you guys lynched at hyperspeed last DP and this DP just opened a couple hours ago. Wanted to get some thoughts in tonight because I have a long day tomorrow. Timing on these DPs has been awful for me personally.
