Now imagine what those private organizations would do if rape was legal. The only way rapist wouldnt get raped is if his victim chooses to tell no one, but in that case, any system would be powerless.

Legalizing rape actually kinda works to prevent rape of people who dont want to be raped. If you think about it, being able to constantly rape a rapist is a worse punishment for him than prison. Legalizing rape would mean a rapist can suddenly become target of mass legal rape which can last a long time because there is no any time limit on it. So how would legalizing rape help a rapist?
"legalize rape" position is not what I agree with, but it will be the belief that for now I will treat as a normal position that I merely disagree with.
I am not sure if its a normal position, but if rape gets legalized, we will be able to rape all people who advocated to make rape legal, so it works itself out.
