to put it more simply, even if law of identity is accepted as true, it cannot be used to prove anything material, because each equation which is not true by definition cannot be proved true, and definitions themselves likewise cannot be proved true.
So "material world = exists" is not true by definition, thus there is nothing to deduce such conclusion from.
