Alright, I am quite certain my high sugar diet is excellent for workout, because I don't eat much protein.
Today, I reached 35 repetitions with one hand dumbbell of 10 KG.
That's amazing, considering that when I bought dumbbells, I struggled to do just 1 repetition with one hand.
Of course, my workout plan consists of having 3 to 6 rest days every week, because sometimes I am fine with 3 day rest, sometimes I need 6 days rest per week.
And after applying such rest system, it seems that my repetitions increase almost every week.
Also, I do about 1 to 3 sets per day, always till failure.
I don't need more than 3 sets, because at this point it amounts to over 80 repetitions in total if I do more than 3 sets.
Too many repetitions are probably bad. I used to do 200 to 300 repetitions per day, but it's not really necessary. Benefits are minimal, and I can't find time anymore to do that much repetitions because such workout lasts for like 6 hours.
Also, next week, on Friday, I will post a video of me doing dumbbells exercise on tik tok, if I can manage to record it somehow. Hopefully then I will be able to do 40 repetitions in a row.

And when we talk of fragments of new testament, these are dated around second century, not first. And they are fragments, in other words, not even one whole page from New testament.

No copy of nt exists from first century or written by apostles. Copies of gnosticism, are dated as old as any oldest text from Bible nt.
And lets not forget that the very same people who gathered texts into Bible also prosecuted and destroyed gnostics and their texts. there wouldnt actually be any gnostic text, almost all were destroyed, if it wasnt for a lucky find in Egypt over thousands of years later.
So when you have a group of people not just claiming they are ultimate authority on which text is valid, but also destroying all other texts and originals too, and killing people who believe in different texts, then really, it is a miracle that Gnosticism even has texts as old as those of New testament.
the reason why I never chose Christianity as my main religion is because I realized that even if I used Sola Scriptura, I still wouldnt have clear answer because Bible is a collection of texts, made after excluding many texts which wasnt done by Jesus or apostles, but by ordinary humans much later. So not even Sola Scriptura works because you cant logically explain Gnosticism and still believe in Old testament. New testament is only slighty workable with Gnosticism. Old testament God is demiurge according to Gnosticism, and also slightly implied in New testament.
The Apocryphon of John basically says God of Old testament isnt Father, but is demiurge. And there is no way to accept it together with Bible at the same time in same thoughts.

People dont have to buy oz. It is probably better to buy those 5 gram gold bars. Having more items is better, because it later allows a more gradual selling. If I urgently need 500$, I would prefer to sell 5 grams of gold, rather than being forced to sell 31 grams at once.

Yes, the main goal is to buy cheapest possible, but in good condition, good quality, desirable item. For example, there is also clothes bought per kilogram, which then means that one piece of clothes costs like 1 dollar when you buy it.

I dont worry about taxes or storage space. I have enough storage space, and I keep my businesses small enough so I dont have to pay taxes. My chicken business is actually small enough so it doesnt have to legally register as business. And my online buying and selling likely wont be big enough to have to pay taxes. Maybe if I see good money in sales and trade, I will expand, register and pay taxes. But there is no point in paying taxes on 50$ monthly income profit, and the government generally doesnt require registration and taxes from such small business.

Buying and selling is. thats how all stores and traders work. But to be honest, I didnt expect to be able to sell even 1 thing.
I make notes, and have plenty of notes saved both on phone and in real notebooks. But I never really made them into a book to publish it. Mainly because books dont really sell that great.
But when it comes to my notes on business and investments, I cant say its anything super enough, just being a very simple guide for safe investments and sales, for my personal use, which I update a lot.
tho as far as I know, most people lose money in investments, because they focus on short term investments, which is usually how you lose money easily. Most of trading apps which show "buy now, sell 5 minutes later" or something like that are really only scamming their users. You generally dont make money in investments in 5 minutes.

One such thing was an old guitar I never played.

I didnt really think I would succeed in selling. But I realized that when it comes to online sales, people look at 3 things: Price, quality, and reputation of seller.
So I realized that any buyer looking to buy a cheap guitar would likely be most attracted to cheapest price among offers. So I looked at other prices, and set my price below those prices, so my offer seems like a better deal compared to those.

Second important rule is that when buying, you are looking for cheapest price of same product.
Because profit isnt made when selling, but when buying. If you buy for lower price, profit increases when selling later.
Of course, my old guitar wasnt an investment. I just needed to sell it, because I realized I have no use from it, but would have use from money earned by selling it.
